Staff are friendly. Had a call-out service in Feb of 24, and I think the technician was called Keith, he actually threaded the lock nut for the chlorinator cell housing causing it to split, pretended like it was already broken and then tried to upsell a new chlorinator and control box. I tried to follow up with Poolwerx via email and never received a response. The issue is neither here nor there but it left a bad impression, be wary if an older gentleman called Keith comes around to clean your pool.

First time I have had to use Poolwerx Thornton, and I'll definitely be back. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere in the store, even the customers were happy. Well stocked inventory, with reasonable pricing. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure.

Good service and easy to deal with. Nicholas usually service our pool. He always got a positive attitude towards work and keeps excellent customer relationship.

Expensive, terrible job and matching customer service. Had called before xmas to have pool cleaned, rung me to reschedule which was fine, came to property when we weren't home and left because wasn't sure why he was there. Came back to clean, checked water condition and swirled water around was the best it got, no vacuuming was done but still charged for it, days later bottom of pool filthy with leaf litter that had been there for months.
