Great advice lead to the quality installation of a new pool filter. After many years struggling to maintain the pool my life has become amazing. Recommend.
Went in there over 6 weeks ago to organise getting a new media filter as the old one is leaking , I spoke with the owner and explained the condition of the old one , he was supposed to send me a quote for a new one , I sent photos through of the current filter and no reply . He even put the email address into my phone himself, Very dissapointed . I will be taking my money elsewhere ,where maybe they appreciate there customers more . My mother has used this service for 8 years, and on their most recent visit, the doorbell camera footage shows the technician leaving the gate open and letting her dogs out. When she reached out to Poolwerx to share her feedback, she received no apology or even acknowledgement. She was only lucky enough to have neighbours who recognised the pups and kept them safe.
We always bought maintenance chemicals. We went to buy a spa filter last time. We didn't want to buy the wrong one so we brought the old filter then showed it to the staff. The staff provided me with a new filter. We said it's not the same filter. The staff said it was difficult to find an identical filter and if it didn't fit you can return it. I have used Poolworx for 2 years. I recently rang poolworx to send a repairman for what I thought was a major problem. I expected that this would cost me money. Harry called me later that afternoon and talked me through the entire process that not only resolved the entire problem, but helped me to learn a bit more about how my system works. A solution and an education for $0.00.
