Great place, I always have a bit of banter with the knowledgeable young lady at the counter and the information all of the staff have given me has been excellent.
Unfriendly, unhelpful. Went in for a water test & to get chemicals but when I told them it was for an above ground intex pool the I presume owner sighed, rolled his eyes & wasn’t interested, won’t be getting anything from here for the new pool either.

Great pool supply store. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Usually very busy over a weekend but it is worth the wait to be served. As a new spa owner they assisted me in purchasing the right chemicals needed and told me what would be a waste of money. This definitely is my go-to store now for anything spa related. Thanks guys👍
Have been using Poolwerx Westlakes for 6 years. Staff are very knowledgeable and give fantastic customer service. Had some issues recently with my pool not producing enough chlorine, Paul and Carmelo went out of there way to find the problem and fix. I Highly recommend Poolwerx Westlakes.
