Amazing experience. Adam and Daryl went above and beyond what I usually expect to assist me in a warranty claim including following up multiple times to receive the replacement part and then installing the faulty part within an hour of receiving it. They also travelled to another outlet to pick up an out of stock item which again I had within the hour. Awesome service guys. Thank you!!

Adam and the team were very helpful when I had issues with a faulty chlorinator cell warranty failure.
Not really the value of service for the price, the tech didnt clean out my skimmer box, supposedly added chlorine and charged me for it but when i checked the next day the pool had no chlorine and did not even let me know tbat my sand filter is leaking. The so called pool tech had no idea what my salt ratiing for chlorinator is, my chlorinator needs 3500ppm for salt and he has it listed as needing 6500-7000. He damaged my MPV by ovet tightening the union joint and also lied about condition of pool being green, I wont bother... read more
