Amazing experience. Adam and Daryl went above and beyond what I usually expect to assist me in a warranty claim including following up multiple times to receive the replacement part and then installing the faulty part within an hour of receiving it. They also travelled to another outlet to pick up an out of stock item which again I had within the hour. Awesome service guys. Thank you!!

Adam and the team were very helpful when I had issues with a faulty chlorinator cell warranty failure.
We arranged a call out visit from a technician (for which we had to pay $299 upfront), received no communication about the details of the visit and were left waiting all day until we followed up. When the technician arrived he admitted to not knowing much about the pool set up before causing damage to our pool area and not performing the purpose of the call out.
