I can’t say enough great things about Jessica and the team at Poolwerx. We purchased our spa from another local retailer but struggled to get the support we needed after delivery. Stopping into Poolwerx was the best decision — Jessica quickly helped resolve our chemical issues and delivered a level of service that is hard to find. Knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful, they’ve earned a lifelong customer.
I’m not sure where to begin! We have had our pool for almost 3 seasons now and we were constantly having issues (think white mold on steroids) with it. We did this and that since that’s what a pool company told us to do, after $$$$, and time nothing seemed to work.
