The drain, clean, inspection as well as Spa school were both great services. The drain/clean was prompt and professional. Jason was happy to answer any and all questions and of course a clean Spa after the cleaning. The Spa school was also great to have Jessica come out and personally get us up to speed on maintaining spa. There's a lot of conflicting information online, so it was great to have an expert in person. She came ready with all extra parts/chemicals and left us feeling more knowledgeable about our spa.
The entire team at Poolwerx, Jessica, Jason, Chloe and all, are amazing to work with. They had to do a huge work at our pool, replacing the old heater, re-plumbing our filter system and so much more! They spent days until all was perfect. They are the best and we can't thank them enough!
I’m not sure where to begin! We have had our pool for almost 3 seasons now and we were constantly having issues (think white mold on steroids) with it. We did this and that since that’s what a pool company told us to do, after $$$$, and time nothing seemed to work.
