I’m not sure where to begin! We have had our pool for almost 3 seasons now and we were constantly having issues (think white mold on steroids) with it. We did this and that since that’s what a pool company told us to do, after $$$$, and time nothing seemed to work. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand our specific issues. We were having difficulty getting our pool ready for the summer, as this was our first year opening up the pool for the first year. Jessica was very informative, and assisted us in getting our pool ready for a family get together. She is wonderful to work with, patient, kind and always willing to help. We love Poolwerx. We went through pool school which was so informative and helpful. Jessica was lovely!! Bryan working in the store is so knowledgeable and helpful. Goes above and beyond to help us as first time pool owners.
