TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I can't say it enough. This place is terrible. I am experiencing extreme pain. When I call for pain medication, the average time before receiving it is two hours. However, I have waited as long as seven. Need to go to the bathroom? If you are staying here, prepare to hold it. The call light isn't always answered. IF you get lucky, and someone comes, average wait time is two hours. Once, when the aid finally answered my light, she came into the room saying, "What?! What do you want?!!"... read more

I dont know where to begin with this Prison, unfortunately i was here for 2 months when i first arrived i noticed they stack ppl in the rooms like were sheep, 2-4 ppl a room, 2 rooms share 1 bathroom so that means anywhere from 3-6 ppl for one bathroom, bathroom always reeks of urine sometimes theres shit on the floor, and the doors are locked and u have to find an incompetent staff to open it for u, how many different staff and nurses work at the facility is mind blowing i saw someone different almost everyday, and this pla... read more

if you can put up with the screaming and yelling? You can stay here. when you push on the button for help it can take you up to 45 minutes for someone to get to you. being a diabetic I went 35 minutes for help and I went into a low blood sugar of 42 and became very sick and I told them that I needed sugar or juice and they brought me suger free koolaid . if you're like depends on it (STAY AWAY)

Not a place I ever want to go to again. Dreadful small room, three patients a nd fourth bed full of junk never cleared. Tv broken down most of time. Bed linen never changed without requesting clean linen. Shared bathroom between two rooms never cleaned. Dining/activity room best room in the place at least you got to talk with other patients and see the outside. Overall an awful experience.

THis business treats patients like cattle. Employees are basically CNAs and a couple of nurses. Very little actual rehab. Most patients are Medicaid so hearing aids, glasses, and jewelry go missing but are not replaced, and the surroundings are incredibly dreary.

Horrible ,worst care anywhere do not get stuck in this place! If you're ill when you got here you will probably leave sicker or in a box . Be warned.....

Under staffed, no maintenance staff on the weekends. The order for home health care was not sent out resulting in my father being discharged and waiting ten days for a visiting nurse. Bed linens not changed for a full week. Television did not work for one week. Phone cord about two feet long, so that my father could not use it. Admitted at 4pm, assigned a bed and did not see a single person for care for four hours, no dinner. One doctor at this facility that shows up only one half day a week, no one knows what time. Just an update. After moving my sister to a different facility with a caring staff.. she is off oxygen, is walking without need of walker, and her weight is steady. I truly believe if she had remained at Portland Health and Rehab she would not be doing any better at all.

employees pass the buck onto other employees.last night some one pooped all over in a bath room.the night crew refused to clean it up.stayed there all night.she asked for her bandage to be changed was told nurse changed it,when she never did.over all don't know how they advertise there're 5 star.
