Overpriced. Apartment appeared put together just enough to rent out. A few paint splashes over the fake wood flooring that's peeling up around the edges. One of my kitchen drawers are not completely closing. Mold growing on walls and had some in the freezer door. Community billing support specialist can be hard to communicate with. People leave their laundry in machines sometimes for an hour or more after washing stops.
Just walk in and ask for Melody. An absolute gem to work with. Polite, professional and very helpful. Nice area, clean and all staff was very accommodating. My absolute highest recommendation for Melody and the entire staff.
One star is too much, I left the apartment in May 2021, but incredibly yesterday 01/14/2022 after 8 months, for the first time I received an email from Robert Martes, threatening me to send an outstanding balance created by them to the collection if we did not resolve it as soon as possible. They charged me $150 for apartment cleaning, $150 for carpet cleaning, two smoke detectors missing $60 which cost is only $10 each, among others things. I really do not like giving negative reviews and used to give reviews so glowing whenever I was asked to do so on the residents portal where I paid the rent that the accounts manager told my husband that he looked forward to reading them. Now I am absolutely devasted by how I am being treated by the residents' portal and feel that I simply must warn prospective tenants. The residents' portal changed on November 30th with no warning about how the portal WOULD change so I imagine my surprise when I went in to pay my rent at... read more
