Lived in the community for sometime now. And the community is well kept with the beautiful landscaping and gardens. It’s very quiet around here. From day one maintenance has been on POINT. With all of my work order request. Right on it. Especially ENEL. He’s such a great part of the team. Pleasant attitude and helps tremendously. So far Things have been great with this community.
Good afternoon , Donald with the tactical team ca.e to my u it cause I was having many issues with my AC unit . Do.ald came in and was able to fix the issue which was a Leak in the unit. Donald was very polite and respectful to myself and home. Thank you Donald Unit 5844-G

One star is too much, I left the apartment in May 2021, but incredibly yesterday 01/14/2022 after 8 months, for the first time I received an email from Robert Martes, threatening me to send an outstanding balance created by them to the collection if we did not resolve it as soon as possible. They charged me $150 for apartment cleaning, $150 for carpet cleaning, two smoke detectors missing $60 which cost is only $10 each, among others things. The new community Sandra is a great addition to our property. Her customer service is exceptional. She has been friendly, respectful, and very responsive.
