Thanks to Donald and the tactical team for coming and fixing our AC. Donald installed a brand new unit and it now comfortable in our home. Not to mention that he was very professional and polite while doing g his job. Great maintenance personnel Donald is. Again thank you Donald for your hard work.
I love the events they do! It’s so nice to connect with those around, the vibes are always amazing and the hosts are spectacular. Jazzlyn and Janae are super sweet and I love to always come by. ☺️☺️ I just moved here so it’s hard to get out and meet others but these events help
Brian at the leasing office is incredibly! Even when my wife and I were thinking about going to a different McKinley property, he helped us and shared his knowledgeable. He made sure to give us all the information so we could choose what fit our needs and desires. We were quite back and forth, he was always very patient and showed us the same unit at least 5 different times. He remembered our wants (updated appliance, second floor, etc.) every time we came in and was doing everything possible to make sure our needs were met.... read more
