I would like to leave my feedback for Mahagony. She has been incredible from the very first contact over the phone; she is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. She truly wants to help you and works hard to ensure you get approved. She creates a welcoming and receptive environment, always checking if you need water and giving you confidence. Where do I begin? When we first moved here, everything was okay. Unit was left dirty; to be more specific, dishwasher had animal hair inside of it to the point that I did not use it, refrigerator needed a deep clean, cabinets falling apart, drawers not opening/closing smoothly in kitchen, horrible paint job, and by the looks of it, they hired a 1st grader to paint the entire unit. I lived in Positano from 12/2023-09/2024 The people in the office were absolutely amazing, very kind and respectful. The managerial team did change but the new manager is also awesome. I was disappointed in the unit itself. It was nice overall, but wasn’t as updated as it appeared in the photos. I wasn’t able to see the unit ahead of time. The countertops were super old, and I actually had to change out the toilet seat because they painted an old one. “I had several issues with my apartment, and thankfully, the manager Angie Burnham was incredibly attentive and resolved . She not only handled the situation efficiently but was also extremely pleasant and approachable throughout the entire process. This review is solely based off one phone call that I made to complete a market survey for the company I work for. I do these surveys weekly as a key part of my role within the company and it is supposed to be a easy task, but often isn't because leasing agents hang up on us as if the information we are asking isn't information they should know and have readily available to excel at their job.
