I would like to leave my feedback for Mahagony. She has been incredible from the very first contact over the phone; she is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. She truly wants to help you and works hard to ensure you get approved. She creates a welcoming and receptive environment, always checking if you need water and giving you confidence. I want to thank Mahogany so much for all of her pleasant help. Her smiles and warm welcome to the community. She has so much patience like a saint. We had issues signing the lease and Mahogany was super kind to stay over an hour past closing time for the office to made sure she was there to help us. Even with the language being a hurdle she made sure to use all resources- even on her phone app that she told us she bought to help her give good service to all peoples. Angie, the manager made my transition from one county to another extremely smooth. Mahogany has been very helpful, patient and polite since I have moved here. The maintenance guys fix issues within 24hrs and do a fantastic job on keeping the property clean and free from clutter. Kudos to them!!! Great place to live

Where do I begin? When we first moved here, everything was okay. Unit was left dirty; to be more specific, dishwasher had animal hair inside of it to the point that I did not use it, refrigerator needed a deep clean, cabinets falling apart, drawers not opening/closing smoothly in kitchen, horrible paint job, and by the looks of it, they hired a 1st grader to paint the entire unit. Bathtub was painted "white" with regular paint, so now everytime we use it/clean it, there is paint peeling everywhere, VERY SAFE for for those wh... read more

I lived in Positano from 12/2023-09/2024 The people in the office were absolutely amazing, very kind and respectful. The managerial team did change but the new manager is also awesome. I was disappointed in the unit itself. It was nice overall, but wasn’t as updated as it appeared in the photos. I wasn’t able to see the unit ahead of time. The countertops were super old, and I actually had to change out the toilet seat because they painted an old one. They also painted the tub and put so much caulking on the tub that it too... read more
