I love this place. Mahogany is always helpful and nice🫶 There was some bad reviews about trash. But it’s not a community problem it’s a people. I saw how the lazy people just throw their garbage bags on the ground instead of trash disposal. Maintenance crew always solve my problems. Thanks guys! Units little old inside but if you put some love you will get cozy nest. Always have a parking that what I like as well. I don’t like that gate not working properly. I would like to thank Positano staff for being so friendly helpful with my emergency leak. wow the way Luis the maintenance manager responded to my problem was amazing. He told to relax that everything was going to be handled. And just like he said in 20 minutes my floor was dry. And they started fixing everything. He even stopped by 3 times making sure the work was being done. And he also participated in the job WOW. I have been reporting these HVAC issues since the day I moved into the apartment, and nothing has been resolved to this day. 1. Continuous Operation The unit runs non-stop, even when the thermostat is set to 74ºF and the fan is set to AUTO. This may indicate a malfunction with the thermostat or control system. 2. Excessive Vibration The unit vibrates heavily while operating. The shaking is strong enough to cause noticeable floor tremors, which suggests mechanical instability and potential risk of failure. 3. I’d just like to take a moment to truly thank and acknowledge Mahogany. She works at the leasing office and I can personally attest that she is God sent and AMAZING. Mahogany will go out of her way to make sure that I am taken care of and she does it with the most sincere heart and smile. I want to thank Mahogany so much for all of her pleasant help. Her smiles and warm welcome to the community. She has so much patience like a saint. We had issues signing the lease and Mahogany was super kind to stay over an hour past closing time for the office to made sure she was there to help us.
