I lived at Positano for a year, and unfortunately, the experience was filled with neglect and poor treatment. During my entire stay, I had to deal with a roach infestation, despite keeping the apartment clean and even hiring pest control. The air conditioning unit shook the entire apartment, making loud noises day and night, and even after several complaints, nothing was fixed. In the beginning I had a good impression of this place and I was asked to leave a review so I did. After that review well every week stuff started breaking. Maintenance has showed up unannounced or tries to come in apartment and ignores the instructions on how to approach either by text or call. I have found my front door open twice. There’s a coca roach infestation that I have reported and they don’t care to follow up on this. The dust is ridiculous.
