Staff are polite and answer questions. Lawyer was very knowledgeable. Seems like a really good team so far. Good experience.
Mr Potter is amazing. He walked us step by step to make sure our trust and will were in place. Robin is amazing also. She went that extra mile to get us the paperwork and keeping us on our toes to get them what they needed to make this all happen. Highly recommend.

The Potter Law firm has a group of caring people who are very helpful and responsive. John Potter has prepared our wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and helped with getting organized. Just completed his webinar yesterday on what updates are needed. The office staff is wonderful and similarly helpful.
