Amazing staff. Excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the front door and was greeted by name like I was already a patient for years. I’ve never had a dentist explain numbers, codes, or terminology to me in a way that I could digest before. Other dentists would just get to work, but the Powers Ferry Family team took the time to make sure I understood every part of the journey and that is what I appreciate the most!

Patrice, Regina and Dr. Carter provided exceptional service from beginning to end. The office was super organized and clean. My teeth feel the best they have ever felt and the level of care provided to me was top notch! I loved my experience so much, that I scheduled my Mom for a visit and my Sister and friends will be scheduling soon! This was a remarkable experience that I’ve never experienced from a dentist visit! Thank goodness I found them because I’m a patient for life! Thank you all for providing such great service!

No long wait times like in previous dental offices, which always helps me stay calm. The staff was friendly and professional. Regina explained to me how to properly floss so I’m not causing my gums to swell or bleed. Very patient and very friendly!
