Very rude very disrespectful people John Schneider says he has been in the business for 30+ years 30 years too long. Love the discriminate people and love to believe hearsay he doesn’t check on any of his properties and check out complaints to see if there’s any truth in it he just believes anything anybody tells him. The property in Beach has a parking lot that is a complete and utter mud hole claims that it was going to get fixed. Terrible place to live, takes multiple weeks for repairs, no parking , the folks that run it are rude and disrespectful. Full of foreigners who leave trash in the hallways and stink up the place. They are also rude and disrespectful people

Moved into the apartment in November and it was horrible. Cabinets falling off and not just doors the whole cabinets totally coming off the wall. Touch up paint is total different color then the original paint so there are squares of 2 different plots on walls. All the shower heads were barely screwed on. The garage door totally damaged and the floor with tons of stains. The management has favorites and does not take care of the up keep. There is dog poop every where, pitbull living right next to the office and they are supp... read more
