I have been here for three years now. Most of the time was great. We did have an issue with bad offer management when our grea manager retired last December. That office manager was terrible and was replaced several months ago, and we are very happy with the new manager. Our maintenance manager is very good and helpful. Many social activities available for those who are interested. Have made many new friends and would definitely recommend it. Like any apartment, it's is not perfect. It is what you make it.
The tenants at Prairie Ridge Sr. Are great to work with!!! They welcome everyone with open arms. They have lots of events that they attend such as Bingo, brunch buddies, social hour and much much more. They look after each other, which shows the kindness and the ki d of neighbors we have at Pr. Ridge.
We have new management, there have been a lot of good changes. Things are being done. The way it should be invoiced is being met. I really like the Pleasant Prairie campus.
I had to check to make sure I had the correct apartment building after reading these reviews. My mom lives here now. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and new laundry facilities, but as far as i know, my mom has never been harassed about having us or her grandchildren visit.
I would not choose to live here .I'm a caretaker of lady that lives here and they have done nothing but treat her hostile since the day she moved in .so your not so to have family members over grandchildren over on holidays or just to visit. The lady I help out doesn't leave house much cause of all her health problems.
