Preceptor Home Health, Palliative and Hospice is phenomenal!! They are so kind and caring. They made us feel like family. Happy we chose them as our provider. We liked that we can transition into palliative and hospice if and when needed.
Caregivers are primarily wonderful. Delayed responses at times for needed change in care. SW was terrific to work with. LPNs (not RNs) are on call overnights. Answering service call tree is not conducive to urgent needs.
One of the best companies there is by far!!!!!!! Such compassionate team members and above and beyond service.
