Hannah and her staff are AMAZING. They were attentive and extremely pleasant. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy or sell anything I did sell some old family silver. I received a check immediately afterward. They were so nice, they listened to an old man, tell stories about his great-grandmother. I will continue to frequent their establishment. They are FANTASTIC!
I stopped in yesterday to see Hannah about liquidating my parents turquoise jewelry collection from purchases they made 50 years ago. The market was a sellers market then and is a buyers market now. Hannah gave me what I think was a fair price for the carry on filled suitcase of items. It was her birthday the next day and she was leaving town on a trip but still made time for me. Highly recommend Precious Elements. I had a small box of coins that belonged to my mother and had no idea of their worth. Michelle was so kind and helpful as we went through the coins and some of my mother’s jewelry, Hannah the owner and Michelle gave me a fair offer which I welcomed and accepted.
I called to get the location and was greeted pleasantly over the phone. Upon my arrival the ladies were equally super friendly and helpful in changing out my watch battery. They were conversational while I waited and informed me of all of their services. Seemed like I had been a regular customer even though it was my first visit. Check them out the next time you are in the market to buy or sale beautiful jewelry, rare coins or just need a watch battery changed!
I have made two separate purchases in the last two months at Precious Elements Jewelry... Michelle and Hanna were extremely helpful during both visits. Most importantly, they were able to help narrow down the perfect Christmas gift for my daughter and Birthday gift for my wife. The prices were also very reasonable compared to the malls, and the jewelry options are endless. See the custom charm I picked up for my wife, which she absolutely loves. 5 Star Service and Jewelry!!!
