Great experience today at Precious Elements. To add some context, I have been wanting to liquidate some junk silver (1964 and older US Coins). I did not need to, but wanted to take advantage of the fast rising silver prices. Knowing I would have to accept a number back of current spot prices (they have to take the risk and make their money too), I shopped my silver around. Had an easy and very pleasant experience selling my silver & turquoise jewelry online. Contacted them by text and they graciously responded and explained the process. They offered a price based my photos; I accepted and off the pieces went. it was a pleasant surprise when the final quote was higher than the estimate. To me this speaks to the owner's integrity and I like that.
The personalized service I received from Hannah and Michelle was exceptional. The turnaround on my jewelry repairs was so timely and so beautifully done. I will definitely return for all my jewelry needs.
