I had a wonderful experience having a special jewelry piece repaired at Precious Elements. Everyone was extremely nice (they talk to you like you’re already a friend) and it was evident they want every customer to be 100% satisfied. My sisters and I came to Precious Elements to sell silver flatware, serving pieces, and jewelry that belonged to our mom. Michelle helped us determine what was sterling and what was plated. Ashton took over to appraise the jewelry and give us a quote on everything. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Most importantly, they answered all our questions, explained their reasoning, and gave us honest opinions on what to do with the items they didn’t want to purchase. Best Jewelers around! I have brought them multiple rings/diamonds for cleaning, sizing and repair. Great with custom work too! Added Gold initials on 2 separate rings for my sons. Highly recommend Precious Elements!
