It was a pleasure doing business with the staff at Precious Elements. From the top down, Hannah and her team are top notch and a true asset to the community they serve. I was extremely impressed with my dealings with Ashton. He is an exceptional young man with a large knowledge of precious metals. He was very kind and courteous with me and explained many things and helped guide me through the process of selling my gold. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Precious Elements!
Great experience today at Precious Elements. To add some context, I have been wanting to liquidate some junk silver (1964 and older US Coins). I did not need to, but wanted to take advantage of the fast rising silver prices. Knowing I would have to accept a number back of current spot prices (they have to take the risk and make their money too), I shopped my silver around. Visited this store to get a quote on selling gold jewelry. Was warmly greeted by Michelle and Hannah. They reviewed each piece and provided a quote. I took same jewelry to 2 other jewelers in Chandler and by far Precious Metals gave the best quote. Naturally, I sold the pieces to Precious Metals because the quote was better but also the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or sell jewelry or coins.
Had an easy and very pleasant experience selling my silver & turquoise jewelry online. Contacted them by text and they graciously responded and explained the process. They offered a price based my photos; I accepted and off the pieces went. it was a pleasant surprise when the final quote was higher than the estimate. To me this speaks to the owner's integrity and I like that.
Hannah and her staff are AMAZING. They were attentive and extremely pleasant. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy or sell anything I did sell some old family silver. I received a check immediately afterward. They were so nice, they listened to an old man, tell stories about his great-grandmother. I will continue to frequent their establishment. They are FANTASTIC!
