I recently visited this office, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant after my appointment. I informed the staff who did a follow up call that I didn’t have the email address of my current dental office on hand. Instead of offering assistance or alternatives, they reacted rudely which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Dr. Rivero & her staff were incredible, all so friendly, professional & conscientious. This wonderful experience made having a root canal very pleasant & comfortable & I will definitely return to Precision Endodontics when needed & highly recommend them to others. Also every square inch of the place was extremely clean, which means a lot to me! Thanks again!!
The whole experience was great! This sounds like an odd word to use about getting a root canal, but it’s true. From reception, to assistants, to the doctor, all were professional, kind, efficient, communicative and warm. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I had a root canal done here recently, and I have to say the staff here are the best I've ever encounted for this procedure. They are very understanding of anxiety and make sure you are fully informed of what will happen and that you are as comfortable as possible at all times. I've never felt so taken care of and I'm so grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I had a referral from my dentist to Precision for a root canal 2 years ago. The tooth stopped bothering me until a few weeks ago. I called and told staff at Precision that I really would prefer if I could just come in for an exam and most likely root canal in the same timeframe so I wouldn't have to drive to Everett a second time.
