I first want to speak about the lady working the front desk and phones.....she had the patience of Job and knew exactly what she was doing so she was a joy to have encountered. The issue I had was that my appointment was for 1:30 and at that time, the doctor was not even in the office e....I was quite disappointed that I had left my job early only to find out that my wait could be extended into hours. Doctor was great the ladies at the front desk were very rude to me for no reason at all they all seemed so bothered when I asked a question it was my first time seeing a knee doctor an they didn't make it pleasant at all

My experiences in office have always been professional and prompt. My first injections were of a different type (until the got my prior info. ) The appointment went well, unfortunately the next morning I have a horrible headache. Hopefully it will pass soon. Really it was a good attempt to provide some relief as quickly as possible. Gotta give them credit for trying.

1st time at this location. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45. I've asked the front desk what's the hold up. They keep saying I'm next. What's the point of an appointment!? The time now is 4:30. Update: I was seen at 5:17 and was asked to get an MRI. I left at 5:28 The Doctor said she had a shoulder surgery first thing this morning and that the front desk staff was supposed to tell patients but that they must've "forgot". I have been going there for over a year almost 2 for a work injury. I have seen the front staff change 3 times. But when it comes to the Dr I have always had good out come. She has never done me wrong. We have always been on the same page. We talked three everything. This is only reason I give it a 4. Dr. Monaghan has good bedside manor and will give it to your straight.
