If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Buying a home is the biggest investment of my life, and this lender has made the process incredibly stressful. Their customer service is awful. I’ve reached out countless times and get ignored over and over. On the rare occasions they do respond, they make me feel like I’m a burden.
