My roof was exhibiting asphalt granule erosion on the lower end of the valley on the front of my house. I contacted Preferred and their representatives came to my home within a couple days. They inspected my entire roof and provided two options to consider to rectify my issue. They had even brought a couple new shingles that were similar to what was installed a few years earlier. Extremely unprofessional. Their price was over $5,000.00 over every other bid I got. I thought since I chose them I would get the quality of work they Rolodex but instead I got the exact opposite. They sent a illegal crew to my house who werent even wearing company shirts who I never even I hired. Not to mention the project manager wasnt even on site for the majority of the job.
