We've been using this allergist for many years, no issues with the medical care provided. However, office management is awful. Office hours are wildly inconsistent, with no notice closures and changes. Office hours are only posted on their door, website is unreliable. No communication on closures or changes. No response to complaints. Their phone system sucks too, almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to check if they are open. Be prepared to be frustrated if you use them.
My 4 year old was in for allergy testing. We had been to a few other allergists in the past where I wasn’t convinced I was given accurate information. This crew was very thorough and professional. We did have to wait quite a while once we were pulled back as someone else had an allergic reaction they were managing which is the nature of the business. Even though they were staying late, they didn’t short change us which I appreciated. Everyone was kind and accommodating.
I love the staff here, everyone is so sweet and friendly. The problem is that this office cannot keep consistent hours, and it's making us have to constantly go back in our shot regimen. Sometimes they'll call to tell us when they'll be closed, other times we don't find out until it's Friday morning on the last day we can get our shots without having to go back and they're closed. -Edited from 5 to 4 stars- Very good overall. Professional and personable staff that care about their patients. Unfortunately they close frequently and, unlike other allergy shot providers that stay open more frequently, this location does not provide regular notice to patients. This is very difficult with time sensitive treatments like allergy shots.
The staff was friendly and very patient and passionate about their job and clients. I was treated very well and they listened to me and took their time. I am very happy. I found out I am allergic to many more things than I thought. Thank you so much Cathy Bennett - Vasquez
