This was our initial visit. The staff was very supportive and answered all of our questions completely. My daughter has a significant fear of needles. The technician that applied the skin prick kit was kind and patient. My daughter said it didn't even hurt. We will definitely be returning.
Great provider but there is a complete lack of basic respect for their patients when it comes to time. I drove 45 minutes there for an appointment only to be told the wait time would be at least 1 hour past my appointment time. I understand offices get backed up but they should have called to let me know they were running so far behind. This is so inconsiderate for people that have to schedule time off of work for appointments. In the last 90 days, this clinic has changed their hours at least three times, without sending any sort of email or notification to the patients. The staff is great, whoever manages the hours is awful. If you’re a patient here, expect to take time off work/take your kids out of school, and this will likely be your only notice the office is closed: a piece of paper stuck to the door after you’ve gone out of your way to make it to your shot. They do not proactively notify patients when they close on random days, making it extremely difficult to build up to maintenance, which means you have to come in more often, meaning more people in the office. It’s a self-perpetuatin... read more
All was good until I came for the shot and with no notification they closed. No email, no text, nothing. Many patients at the front desk complaining. We got a business card to call Lori and she never answered. Nothing is organized, very unprofessional. I had to cancel my appointments and come from far away for nothing. The phone wasn’t even working. Office hours changed and now my kid can only get 1 shot instead of 2 that he is supposed to.
