6.6.24 (update) I’m leaving my old review HOWEVER….. they have made up for my issue. The front desk manager (who I do not know their name & Patrice in particular caught wind of our experience & reached out personally, immediately. We had a long conversation and everything was corrected. We have not had any issues with that particular individual since. My experience was very pleasant. The staff and the dr were nice, helpful and ready to explain the process and have responded to all my questions. I have even decided to have my son tested here instead of the other place that he was scheduled for.
I have had the worst medical care experience I have ever had with this office, if you have a choice of providers, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I was under the care for over 6 months and they never was able to resolve my medical pre authorization. I have had to practically beg for my medication every month, and call multiple times per week to get updates. When you enter, Shirley immediately recognizes you, and checks you in with such a welcoming smile 😃 . Then Trish greets you, then you get your shots--I need to know the name of the nurse who gave me my last shots because she was phenomenal. Dr. Kaiser (sp?) is smart as all get out, and a pleasure to work with. This is the place to go if you have any allergies!
I’ve been struggling with bad allergies and I was able to see a specialist who helped me a lot! The whole crew was amazing. Starting with the front desk. I highly recommended!
