This was my first time meeting Dr. John Anthonypillai, I used to see Jackie, whom by the way was awesome. Dr. John Anthonypillai had me waiting over an hour before he finally came in the exam room. He asked me a few questions about my medication history & asked would I like to try other medications. When I refused, he basically told me, there's no need to see him, follow up with my primary care doctor and in the future, we'll be talking about hospice. I have had 3 appointments now for my kids here in the last 2 months, trying to identify some medical issues. They really struggle with appointments. Our first appointment was supposed to be allergy testing but they were not able to do it because our kids had been taking allergy meds for so long that even after the recommended period of time off of them they were not able to even get a reaction to the control. This experience has been extremely good. The doctor and technicians take time with you and your questions. Getting help with my allergy symptoms and acute reactions is important. I suffered an allergic reaction SJS and it's been a long recovery. Trusting someone to evaluate my conditions and knowledgeable gives me comfort. I would highly recommend them.
My appt was for 4 pm therefore I arrived at 3:40. I completed the paper and was sat in the treatment room where I sat for 45 minutes so expect the wait. The doctor was friendly and provided the care that I needed.
The staff at this location is amazing! They all greet you by name and really treat you like family. Dr. Anthony is extremely thorough, and takes his time explaining diagnoses and treatments. I enjoy bringing my family to an office where people actually love their job!
