I am unsure how to rate because there have been significant changes since the management is different now. I will say that Dr Ndum is excellent. If it weren't for her I would have surely gone to a different doctor's office. However, they were unable to give me a follow up appointment in four weeks. Before the management changed this was the best allergy practice I had ever been to by a long shot. I am encouraged by Dr Ndum and hope and pray that this is a sign that things are headed in the right direction at Allervie.
My grandchildren have been going here for years and everyone from the front desk to the back office is amazing. The doctors are exceptional with my grandson with autism. They are very patient, kind and dedicated to getting the diagnosis and appropriate treatment for the patient. I highly recommend Allervie Health to anyone seeking exceptional health care in the field of asthma & allergy!!
I had a great experience. The doctor, I saw not only gave me room to clearly express the issues and concerns I had, but she asked lots of questions to further investigate and improve my quality of life. Super sweet & friendly office staff as well. Very helpful and all around had a great experience.
