This was our first visit. The overall building smelled musty. The receptionist did her job to the bear minimum, I was handed a packet of at least 20 pages and asked to let her know when i was finished. We arrived 10 minutes early and was called back 25 minutes after our scheduled time (it took me that long to fill out the packet). The one star represents only the receptionist. Everyone else was great. As soon as I tried to check in she told me my insurance was inactive. She told me to come back another time. After a 19 minute discussion and a call to my insurance someone had entered my birthday wrong. I was only seen because I kept pushing her to do her job and once corrected she shoved paperwork at me. After I asked if there would be an apology she said "I am not arguing with you". Worst and most rude receptionist i have ever encountered.

Dr. Keiser is a great doctor with so much experience. He always makes me feel heard and gives me information as to how I can watch for patterns in my diagnoses which is very helpful. I have had issues with getting my pre-authorizations done to keep my meds coming the way they are supposed to. Hopefully, all those bugs will get worked out and not happen again. But I am staying with them because of Dr. Keiser.

I have two children that are patients here & the last year has been a nightmare! We absolutely loved this establishment when Michaela Hicks was here! She was so caring and truly helpful! Ever since she left the doctors have been in and out, along with other employees. They are having major staffing problems which has lead to scheduling nightmares. We’ve had issues with call backs, rescheduling, communication about upcoming appointments. I would not recommend!

Got allergy shots for 1 1/2 years. The office failed to schedule a follow-up appointment after my serum expired. After a month, I called to inquire about it and was told they could get me in for a follow-up in a month. However, I would need to start over and receive shots weekly. 1 1/2 years wasted!
