I have two children that are patients here & the last year has been a nightmare! We absolutely loved this establishment when Michaela Hicks was here! She was so caring and truly helpful! Ever since she left the doctors have been in and out, along with other employees. They are having major staffing problems which has lead to scheduling nightmares. We’ve had issues with call backs, rescheduling, communication about upcoming appointments. I would not recommend!
Got allergy shots for 1 1/2 years. The office failed to schedule a follow-up appointment after my serum expired. After a month, I called to inquire about it and was told they could get me in for a follow-up in a month. However, I would need to start over and receive shots weekly. 1 1/2 years wasted!
This is the worse place to go. Staff is rude. If you cough you can't get your shots. I really think that these allergy shots are what is making me cough and congested. I wasn't like this before I started the shots. But i am done with this office. I am changing to my family doctor because they know what is going on. There is always an excuse for me to not get my shots. I AM DONE WITH PERMIER ALLERGIST IN CHAMBERSBURG. There is no respect for patients at all.
Great staff. Terrible example of corporate health care. Unreliable staffing making access to shots very difficult. Premier, take care of your staff so they stay and meet our needs.
This site is having issues retaining staff members due to its location and providers. Sad overall really, because they used to be a great location to go to. Due to staffing issues, they are forced to have an odd work week. Be sure to go online or call to know when shots are available. The nurses and doctor that are here still treat their patients with care and concern regarding your issues. I just ran out of serum and have an actual scheduled appointment for my next shot when the serum comes in.
