I’ve had a disappointing experience here despite the staff being exceptionally kind. The biggest issues have been unclear communication and limited accessibility for working patients. First, the shot hours are very restrictive if you have a full-time job. The office is only open for shots outside of normal working hours twice a week — one morning at 8:30 AM and another at 8:00 AM. The waiting area was very calming, clean, and inviting. The receptionist was friendly and asked if I had any problems with registering online. I didn't which helped to expedite my first-time visit. The entire staff was friendly and answered all my inquiries so I could comprehend the response. I'll definitely be referring friends and family to their business.
The folks here at premier have taken excellent care of me — I’ve been so thankful for their support. They have helped me get my asthma to be the best controlled it’s been in years. The staff members remember your name and make you feel very listened to and respected — Dr. Habib never makes me feel rushed when we meet or like I can’t voice all of my concerns. I’ve been coming here for a year and it’s always been pleasant. Today, was an amazing experience and made me wish I could come back more frequently (I know, it’s weird to say about a doctor’s office) — Michelle, who administered my shot, was extremely nice, joked around, and made the overall visit an enjoyable time! If anyone makes their decision using this review, I highly suggest going if you want the best allergy doctor/office in the DMV!!
I had a great experience at Premier Allergist! The front desk staff were super accommodating, answering all of my questions patiently regarding insurance. Dr. Okocha was very knowledgeable, able to answer my questions and help come up with a plan. The nursing staff was super friendly as well! I highly recommend seeing them.
