Been getting allergy injections here for about 2-3 years. Friendly and attentive staff, knowledgeable and approachable docs. Have seen them interact really well with children, too, though don't have direct experience with this. Overall: Great office.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Habib and team, have completed initial exams and have started injections. So far my experience has been very good. They are very timely and professional.
Somehow allergy shots I ordered didn't get created. I left a negative review because I paid for a consultation for those shots specifically and didn't hear back for months. Tried calling again. They have a regional ops person now helping so things seem good. It's definitely hard to get someone on the phone by calling 202-861-8888. Their national operator told me to try option 2 to get the front desk. (This is updated review) On my 5th allergy shot now. No wait when you go. I’m a pretty happy camper now.
I'm always seen promptly, the staff is helpful with my care, making schedules, taking my vital, giving my regular shot, even when I'm late. My Doctor is just amazing.
They sold my data and now I get annoying ads texting me to try various allergy medical products. The ads explicitly say they’re associated with this allergist. The best part is that I’m not even a patient here and I don’t have allergy problems. But husband went to an appointment here ONCE and they have my phone number as his emergency contact.
