Dr. S. Habib is an exceptional allergist. From the moment the appointment started, it was clear how knowledgeable and thorough she is and didn’t just hand me a prescription—She took the time to explain the root of my allergies and the logic behind the treatment plan provided. I felt genuinely heard and cared for. I highly recommend!
The staff is friendly and helpful but there are delays in response and follow up for appointments. -- I received a follow-up call after my initial review and was able to resolve some delays in communication and care after clarification from the staff. The clinic noted they switched programs and had several hiccups in tracking as a result. -- I am truly appreciative of the care team in how friendly and earnest they are with treatment. Dr. Sana Habib truly saved my brother’s life. No exaggeration. He came to her with a convincing story of allergies and asthma. She listened, treated him and followed up. When he wasn’t responding in a way Dr. Habib expected, she questioned the diagnoses and found the true cause before tragedy struck. Had a great experience at AllerVie with Dr. Habib and my care team! Was able to get an appointment within a few days as a new patient, she was very thorough and walked me through my allergy testing and answered my questions.
I’ve had a disappointing experience here despite the staff being exceptionally kind. The biggest issues have been unclear communication and limited accessibility for working patients. First, the shot hours are very restrictive if you have a full-time job. The office is only open for shots outside of normal working hours twice a week — one morning at 8:30 AM and another at 8:00 AM.
