Dr. Habib, Dr. Okocha and the whole team at AllerVie Health DuPont Circle are wonderful! Super kind and caring staff that really takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve had a great experience with my allergy shots and asthma treatment here!
The staff is friendly and helpful but there are delays in response and follow up for appointments. -- I received a follow-up call after my initial review and was able to resolve some delays in communication and care after clarification from the staff. The clinic noted they switched programs and had several hiccups in tracking as a result. -- I am truly appreciative of the care team in how friendly and earnest they are with treatment. Dr. S. Habib is an exceptional allergist. From the moment the appointment started, it was clear how knowledgeable and thorough she is and didn’t just hand me a prescription—She took the time to explain the root of my allergies and the logic behind the treatment plan provided.
