Can’t believe the absolute lack of not only professional but just common courtesy. Made an appointment a week ago. When I arrived to my appointment they were closed and had a note taped on the door that read… “ due to the loss of a provider we aren’t taking any appointments until 9/3/24” How do you not take the time to call your patients to reschedule or to cancel. I came all the way out there. Completely disrespectful of my time. Just plain rude.

I’ve never experienced allergies before and was blindsided with rough symptoms that left me in pain, fatigued and eventually depressed with my situation. Dr. Yeager’s office got me back on track, she was very personable and patient with me. She took the time to go over every step I could take to fight allergies. The medications she prescribed have been very helpful and the weekly injections have been going well. The whole process has been a big life adjustment but I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Yeager and her staff!

I was a first time patient. I was referred by my primary. They were very nice. I still didn’t get an answer or my problem resolved. The staff was very kind And professional.

I really love Premier Allergist and the wonderful staff. I have an issue with the constant change of hours and the last minute texts saying they will be closed that day. Getting back up to my maintenance dose will now take 3 weeks as they are currently only open Monday and Tuesday. Hopefully things will change and they can keep providers and staff

The front desk was really helpful in fitting me in after the call center made a mistake with my appointment. The nurse was kind and great with my toddler. Dr. Popadiuk was also very kind and took lots of time answering all my questions and explaining things to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from beginning to end.
