I’ve never experienced allergies before and was blindsided with rough symptoms that left me in pain, fatigued and eventually depressed with my situation. Dr. Yeager’s office got me back on track, she was very personable and patient with me. She took the time to go over every step I could take to fight allergies. The medications she prescribed have been very helpful and the weekly injections have been going well. The whole process has been a big life adjustment but I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Yeager and her staff!
I was a first time patient. I was referred by my primary. They were very nice. I still didn’t get an answer or my problem resolved. The staff was very kind And professional.
McKenzie Daniels Age 5 Has had multiple appointments. The 1st appointment was June 2024. When we arrived the office was closed. Schedule error they commented. August 2nd appointment canceled again to shut down, unknown emergency. 3rd Monday November 25th called and canceled today's appointment. Can't get another appointment until February. I don't know how to help McKenzie if we Don't know what she is allergic too. More than 6 months, 3 canceled appointments. Someone needs to shut this office down. One star goes back more... read more
Can’t believe the absolute lack of not only professional but just common courtesy. Made an appointment a week ago. When I arrived to my appointment they were closed and had a note taped on the door that read… “ due to the loss of a provider we aren’t taking any appointments until 9/3/24” How do you not take the time to call your patients to reschedule or to cancel. I came all the way out there. Completely disrespectful of my time. Just plain rude.
Find another place if you want allergy shots. This place closes sporadically and without notice. I took off work this morning since I’m needing a shot/dose, only to find a post to the door saying instead of being open Monday/Tuesday this week- it will be Wednesday/Thursday. No texts or phone calls. Beyond frustrated as I have already had about a dozen shots. I’ll be finding a new allergist. I’m glad this place got rid of their one PA/NP.
