Super nice people there. Dr. Balaram is super nice, thorough, professional, and just all around great. He spent some extra time with me about my special needs child’s prior appointment after my son’s appointment. Very nice and kind person. Everyone there has been nice and I haven’t had much wait time or delays. Great experience. Thank you.
This place was bought by private equity a few years ago and absolutely everything has declined since then. Serum orders are not placed, appointments start an hour after scheduled, staff do not notify you when serum is about to expire, voicemails are not returned, the office is closed unexpectedly with little or no notice, staff come in late and do not start shots on time, paperwork goes missing, shot hours and days have been reduced to start at 9 am and it’s now impossible to come before work/school. Absolutely terrible provider. Apparently you have to be seen every 6 months (I’ve never been told that) regardless my last appointment was in October, it is now march 5 months later and I cannot get my asthma prescription refilled. Asthma can be a life or death condition. The pharmacy has been contacting the office for 5 days with no response, I called twice left messages no call back. Finally I get ahold of someone and get told “the doctor doesn’t work on Fridays” and stated it’s been 6 months since my last appt so I won’t... read more
Office was great appt was right on time, no long waiting room wait. Dr. Balaram and Sierra where amazing very thorough and explained everything amazingly myself and my son (17 was his appt) left feeling great with ALL of our questions answered I would recommend Everyone go see them.
Very happy with experience so far. Wait time was reasonable. The doctor I saw was very personable, professional and took the time to answer all questions.
