They unexpectedly closed last week for the 4th of July holiday without any notice. As someone who visits once a month, I had no way of knowing this since they don't send emails or texts to clients. Their services, such as shots, are available on a walk-in basis without appointments. I meticulously plan my week to find the best time to get my shot. Took my daughter in for follow up visit. Check in was quick & easy. We were in a room within 10 min of arrival. Our doctor was great, knowledgeable, articulate and easy to understand his care plan. Definitely recommend the practice.
We walked out before even getting to our appointment. Not even 30 minutes and had one hell of an experience. The building itself has no markings besides the address, which wouldn’t be so bad if there also wasn’t a directory anywhere to tell you which business is in which suite. Even worse was having to walk around and figuring out that the #2 suites were on the first floor and the #1 suites were on the second floor. The doctor informed me that I didn't have allergies even though I've been suffering from allergies the last 30 years of my life. He said he can't help me. He said get a 2nd opinion. However my PCP, Oncologist and ENT specialist have diagnosed me & treated me for years at John Hopkins & GBMC. Not to mention, the ill mannered staff leaves a lot to be desired. Dr. Siddiqi listens to my concerns and works with me to find solutions I am comfortable with. He helped me immensely to get my asthma under control. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
