Super nice people there. Dr. Balaram is super nice, thorough, professional, and just all around great. He spent some extra time with me about my special needs child’s prior appointment after my son’s appointment. Very nice and kind person. Everyone there has been nice and I haven’t had much wait time or delays. Great experience. Thank you.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our appointment was efficient, but the doctor took his time explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend it was a great experience.

This place was bought by private equity a few years ago and absolutely everything has declined since then. Serum orders are not placed, appointments start an hour after scheduled, staff do not notify you when serum is about to expire, voicemails are not returned, the office is closed unexpectedly with little or no notice, staff come in late and do not start shots on time, paperwork goes missing, shot hours and days have been reduced to start at 9 am and it’s now impossible to come before work/school. Office was great appt was right on time, no long waiting room wait. Dr. Balaram and Sierra where amazing very thorough and explained everything amazingly myself and my son (17 was his appt) left feeling great with ALL of our questions answered I would recommend Everyone go see them.
