I love Love love this office and Dr Balaram. Dr Balaram is by far one of the best allergy and asthma doctor I ever had. He's caring and wants the best for his patients. I haven't felt this good in at least 15 years... I finally feel better and can breathe better. I'm a satisfied client and would definitely recommend.
I scheduled my son for an allergen test just to get a clear idea of what he was allergic to. Everyone in the office were very friendly. Dr. Balaram and his assistant were very helpful and informative. Dr. Balaram even put my son through a breathing test to check his asthma levels to make sure the treatment he is on has been effective. Everyone took good care of us. We had a great appointment.
Dr. Balaram is fantastic! He was so kind, attentive, honest, and very patient with me. I can overshare sometimes, and he made me feel like I was his only patient for the day! I didn't feel rushed at all. SO appreciative of his mannerisms! I'm feeling so confident with my treatment. Not only is he treating my current symptoms, but he was also making a preventive plan so that this doesn't happen again. I plan to stick with him as long as I live in Maryland. Staff was friendly and my appointment was on time. Dr. Balaram was very helpful and answered all my questions. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely go back
The doctors here are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful with getting my allergies under control. Dr. Balaram has been a wonderful provider and my allergies (and the asthma) accompanying them have improved over the past 2 years. I have had no issues with my care, and he is one of the best providers I've seen overall. Unfortunately, the biggest downside to this location is the inconsistency of the office staff and operations.
