Wonderful staff, doctor, and clinic! Everyone was welcoming and professional. The doctor was attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean and calming. I highly recommend this clinic for excellent, compassionate care!
The doctors are thorough and helpful. I have experienced incredible relief from my allergy symptoms by going through this process. Unfortunately, communication with patients is frustratingly confusing and antiquated. They close their office on seemingly random days, but the method they use to notify patients of closures is by posting a paper on the door. Everyone was welcoming and explained everything in detail. The panel test was quick and we went home feeling confident and comfortable with the results and treatment options. All of our questions were answered in great detail. They treated my son with respect and made him feel heard when he asked for clarification on some things. My wife was left in a room sitting for 40 minutes waiting for a test after the doctor had been in to see me. I was told they were busy but there were people just standing around talking in the hallway. Once the test was done the doctor didn't even come in the look at my back. When he did come in he hadn't taken the time to look at the report I had emailed to the office. He looked at it on my phone and immediately said my PCP was wrong and should leave allergy testing to the allergy doctors. He was dismissive to me and spoke ... read more
Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our appointment was efficient, but the doctor took his time explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend it was a great experience.
