The doctors here are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful with getting my allergies under control. Dr. Balaram has been a wonderful provider and my allergies (and the asthma) accompanying them have improved over the past 2 years. I have had no issues with my care, and he is one of the best providers I've seen overall. Unfortunately, the biggest downside to this location is the inconsistency of the office staff and operations. Our experience was great from me calling to set up an appointment to being in the exam room. The medical technician was nice, friendly and thoroughly explained things. Dr. B listened, asked questions, made recommendations and was also very thorough.
Wonderful staff, doctor, and clinic! Everyone was welcoming and professional. The doctor was attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean and calming. I highly recommend this clinic for excellent, compassionate care!
I have been a patient at this office for about six months and I have been very happy with the cate I have received. Through the transition, I see a marked improvement in the organization and operation of the daily office activities. I highly recommend this practice and both doctors.
The doctors are thorough and helpful. I have experienced incredible relief from my allergy symptoms by going through this process. Unfortunately, communication with patients is frustratingly confusing and antiquated. They close their office on seemingly random days, but the method they use to notify patients of closures is by posting a paper on the door.
