The doctors are thorough and helpful. I have experienced incredible relief from my allergy symptoms by going through this process. Unfortunately, communication with patients is frustratingly confusing and antiquated. They close their office on seemingly random days, but the method they use to notify patients of closures is by posting a paper on the door. Everyone was welcoming and explained everything in detail. The panel test was quick and we went home feeling confident and comfortable with the results and treatment options. All of our questions were answered in great detail. They treated my son with respect and made him feel heard when he asked for clarification on some things. My wife was left in a room sitting for 40 minutes waiting for a test after the doctor had been in to see me. I was told they were busy but there were people just standing around talking in the hallway. Once the test was done the doctor didn't even come in the look at my back. When he did come in he hadn't taken the time to look at the report I had emailed to the office. Super nice people there. Dr. Balaram is super nice, thorough, professional, and just all around great. He spent some extra time with me about my special needs child’s prior appointment after my son’s appointment. Very nice and kind person. Everyone there has been nice and I haven’t had much wait time or delays. Great experience. Thank you.
This place was great . Staff was super nice they took us right back and the doctor was one of the best I’ve seen . Very knowledgeable and cared about helping us . I am so glad I decided to take my son here he finally has answers to an allergic rash he has been dealing with for months . We are so grateful
