I primarily come here for allergy shots. The team has always been very kind, friendly and professional. I feel that I could always ask questions when I am unsure about something and the team works with me to find solutions. Even when there are some delays, the time is still very communicative and I'm able to get my shots quickly once I get called back. The facility also sends out texts (and maybe emails?) At first, I have to say the lady that helped me with my test today was amazing and I completely forgot to ask for her name. She was really care for her patient and made the whole process very smooth. However, Dr Hamzavi took away all the team's effort. I came in with a concern about topical numbing cream allergic reaction and she put me under an injection testing. After spending 6 hours at her office, I confronted her that my concern is lidocaine 5% topical numbing cream, not the 1% lodocaine injection and she tried to blam... read more
Was charged $336 for a initial consultation visit that lasted all of 10 minutes. $281 for an Exam which didn't really happen, the doctor just asked me a few questions and gave me a prescription and a $55 Administration of Patient - Focus fee (whatever this is). My daughter also went here and was charged $281 for her exam which also lasted about 10 minutes which basically was just a bunch of questions and a prescription for Allegra. Hello. I’m actually in the Hagerstown MD Office as my son gets weekly shots. The staff is top notch! I love those gals. My son loves them. Always makes you laugh and smile 😊 and making it easy peezy You truly have amazing staff and we are super happy!
I get allergy shots at Premier Allergist so I am there frequently. Everyone in the practice is extremely kind, gentle, and helpful. Monique at the front desk has the best energy and as a bonus she always makes me laugh or smile every time I'm there!
