Amazing doctor, went for my kids allergy test and she was really nice and explained things very clearly
Very disappointing visit to this doctor's office last week. I went to this ALLERGIST because I feared having an allergic reaction to something I was administered and wanted her to assist me with making a future medical decision about the same. Due to my symptoms, I was turned away and refused an in person visit, until I returned with a negative covid test. It was shameful. I've been seeing Dr. Simpson in this office for almost 6 months now. I chose this location primarily for convenience but I have to say that there is a lack of oversight at this office. My issues are not with Dr. Simpson as a practitioner but with the overall operation of this office - both administratively as well as the nursing staff who administers the injections. MANAGEMENT OF THE OFFICE CHANGED IN JULY 2020. Kiesha has chosen to accept a position in another office and is no longer with these offices.
Been a patient for years, he listens, provides options and is concerned with results. Makes adjustments accordingly to find best treatment options. The appointment lasts as long as i need to discuss issues, i have never been rushed. He dealt with my insurance to get needed treatments approved.
The staff- Keisha, the scheduler was very unprofessional and it's very difficult to schedule an appt. when you have such a voice talkIng to you. Not worth it.
