We’ve had a generally positive experience with this office. The providers are wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my child's needs. I truly appreciate the care they provide. That said, I believe the injection policy needs to be revisited. On multiple occasions, we've waited until 4:40pm or later to be called back, so I was surprised when we arrived at the check-in desk at 4:31pm recently, only to be told that my son couldn't receive his injection. This office operates with a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for patients’ time. The doctors and staff are disorganized, unresponsive, and fail to communicate even the most basic information. At my initial consultation, I provided serum bottles from my previous allergist along with full contact information. Staff is courteous and professional as soon as you walk in the door and till you walk out the door. Extremely knowledgeable and listen to patients concerns and think outside the box as to help the patient. Would definitely recommend! Dr. Tracy is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Shows sympathy for what brings you inside her office. Whether if it’s allergy related or not and communicates well with the rest of your physicians.
