My sons visit. Was great we didn’t wait long. Attended to and seen within 40 minutes between waiting on check in and being called back. Did wait long to see Dr and then nurse came in administered test and back out I picked him up from school at 9:10 appointment was at 945 & was back on the road and headed back to school by 1010. Highly recommend.
I have been going here for care for several years now. The staff have always gone above and beyond to answer questions, quick check-ins, short wait time, caring and thorough. Dr Muniz has been tremendously helpful with my complex health problems. He goes above and beyond to be thorough as well! He pays attention to me. I'm truly grateful to receive excellent care here!!!
At first, I encountered some issues with the service desk, but after addressing my concerns directly with them, they were able to resolve them quickly. This clinic can get busy at times, so it's advisable to choose a less crowded time of day for your visit. The doctors at the clinic are exceptional and compassionate, taking the time to truly listen to your needs. I prematurely posted the 5-star review. Two days after the appointment my daughter had I went to the pharmacy to pick up multiple prescriptions the provider said she would send. I verified pharmacy name and location with clinical staff and the provider during that visit. Nothing had been sent. Called the nurse line to inquire. No answer Left message. No call back. We’ve had a generally positive experience with this office. The providers are wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my child's needs. I truly appreciate the care they provide. That said, I believe the injection policy needs to be revisited. On multiple occasions, we've waited until 4:40pm or later to be called back, so I was surprised when we arrived at the check-in desk at 4:31pm recently, only to be told that my son couldn't receive his injection.
