Absolutely cannot stand going to this doctors office. It’s awful how their patients are treated. today I went for my allergy shot only to find out my allergy serum was thrown away, and I would not get new serum for 5 to 6 weeks when I’m already extremely uncomfortable suffering from allergies. I am confused why communication in this office is so poor. Why was there? No call to set up this doctors appointment if this was required by the office? From the moment me and my daughter’s walked into the doctor’s office we were greeted with smiles. We were then checked in, on a very timely manner. By the time we took a seat we were again with a smile greeted and told to come back after taking vitals and all the necessary information that was needing, we were then told we would be seen by the doctor No more than a five minute wait our doctor came in. I’ve been treated here and receiving allergy shots for quite some time. The staff, especially Brice and Emely, along with Dr. Muniz and FNP Tracy, are always thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice.
The people at the reception are courteous but when people show up near closing for an allergy shot without an appointment they are turned away. It takes me 25 mins to drive to the office along with the wait time and another 25 to 30 because of rush hour traffic. With my schedule it is difficult to schedule a specific time, so a lot of times I am just a walking to get my shot. It would be nice if they let the person get the shot and then let them know that they won't be accepted the next time or just put a sign stating if you... read more
The doctor listened well and was able to prompt my son into giving the doctor the information he needed to make a diagnosis. The doctor's patience was wonderful and very needed! Highly recommend this office!
