We were referred to AllerVie by our daughter’s pediatrician. If you are a new patient, I highly recommend completing the online forms prior to your appointment, as we did — it helps streamline the check-in process. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and we arrived on time. We were called back at 2:15 PM; however, the allergist did not see us until 2:45 PM. I’ve been treated here and receiving allergy shots for quite some time. The staff, especially Brice and Emely, along with Dr. Muniz and FNP Tracy, are always thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The people at the reception are courteous but when people show up near closing for an allergy shot without an appointment they are turned away. It takes me 25 mins to drive to the office along with the wait time and another 25 to 30 because of rush hour traffic. With my schedule it is difficult to schedule a specific time, so a lot of times I am just a walking to get my shot. It would be nice if they let the person get the shot and then let them know that they won't be accepted the next time or just put a sign stating if you... read more

From the moment me and my daughter’s walked into the doctor’s office we were greeted with smiles. We were then checked in, on a very timely manner. By the time we took a seat we were again with a smile greeted and told to come back after taking vitals and all the necessary information that was needing, we were then told we would be seen by the doctor No more than a five minute wait our doctor came in. I’ve been seeing another dentist for the past 10 years now and switched because the office closed. I felt like this hygienist was much more thorough than the one I had been going to for all those years! Dr.Mahmassani is the dr who did my Invisalign several years back and I always liked him, so going to his office for my regular dental work made sense.
