This is a failing office, and has been since Fernanda left. Now they don't answer the phone, lose voice messages, and arbitrarily change office hours without notifying anyone or posting anything to their website. They have lost my prescriptions and delayed getting my medicines consistently. The doctor is very helpful, but the office is a nightmare. What's more, when confronted with their shortcomings they offer only excuses and blame you for what they are doing. They do not apologize, and do not try to make it better. Don't ... read more
The staff are always great Dr Sohn take her time to listen and understand and she’s the only physician I’ve seen that really cares for his allergies and symptoms and does give great advice. And Stephanie she’s awesome! She does really well with my son and he really like her too! They even exchanged jibitz so that way he could take his shot! The patience and care she had is so awesome. I love this place, very nice girls, smiling and friendly staff, and no waiting time for weekly shots, you will be in and out shortly. Coming back two years in the role.
Horrible service. The allergist herself was fine - friendly and helpful, but their service in regards to phone calls is horrendous. I tried to cancel my allergy appointments earlier than 24 hours out, as one does if they don't want to incur a fee, but their voicemail inbox was full. When I tried to call again they didn't answer, and I left a voicemail. They then called me back and left a voicemail to say that I was a no-call no-show (incorrect) for my patch test.
