This was my second allergist experience and after having a terrible time at another Premier location, for weeks, I chose to give it another try. Man am I so glad that I did. I had a complete night and day experience with the Germantown location (being the day, not night/positive vs. negative). Overall, the staff is good. However, they (whomever is in charge of the injection schedule) capriciously choose to close at random times during the week. You will be lucky to have them give you an allergy shot after 3 p.m… They need to provide more availability for allergy shot (e.g., more extended hours rather than just on Wednesdays, weekends, etc.). Until then, they get 1 star.
Our family sees Dr Sohn and her knowledge and expertise are apparent She approaches patients with understanding and listens as we explain conditions I like that she can take a conservative approach to allergy treatment. Staff is always friendly and responsive to questions and medical staff are experienced in their respective fields. Typically no or very short wait time to be seen. Highly recommend.
I am being treated in both the Rockville and Germantown offices, and their care are superb! Ms. Aldi Woldy and team helped treat my hives. They were there for me during the toughest times, and was attentive and informative throughout the whole process. Jocelyn was very helpful in enrolling me to get funded for a very expensive medicine. I’m grateful for the entire team!
This is a failing office, and has been since Fernanda left. Now they don't answer the phone, lose voice messages, and arbitrarily change office hours without notifying anyone or posting anything to their website. They have lost my prescriptions and delayed getting my medicines consistently. The doctor is very helpful, but the office is a nightmare.
