We recently took our son to see the allergist, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were patient and understanding with our son, which meant so much to us as parents. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism we received. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one!
Dr.K and the staff are kind and welcoming. However, they seem a bit disorganized. I made an appointment for 8 AM and I was brought back at 8:10, but then sat in a patient room until 9:45 AM waiting to review test results. I took time off work to come in and scheduled for the morning when they’re significantly less busy. However, it felt like an unnecessary amount of time waiting around due to lack of coordination at the office.
The staff in this office is EXCELLENT!! They are VERY PROFESSIONAL and have patience with you. For someone like me who is scared of needles, they did an excellent job with keeping me calm. I would recommend them a hundred times over!!
The doctor was very detailed and knowledgeable. The office is clean and staff is pleasant. Wait time was minimal
Dr. K is very thorough and informative. He takes his time to explain your treatment plan and provides instructions on how to take care of yourself. The waiting time could be shortened.
