The doctor is nice and knowledgeable. However I have left messages on the phone for the nurse to call me back and I have not been called back. I have had to call one of the other Premier Allergy offices in order to get service at the Glendale office since no one was answering the phone. There really needs to be someone that can return messages and answer the phone in a timely manner. I eventually made an appointment and got service by coming in to the office. I have been coming to Dr. Kirshenbaum’s office for some time now; he is a great doctor, and my progress has been amazing! However, there is an issue with organization and timeliness. There have been times in the past when I have arrived during their hours, and there was a sign that said they closed early or were out for XX days. It has happened more than once. Dr k is great! His front desk staff on the other hand are unfriendly and rude. To the point that dispute how good he is after 2 visits there I am considering finding a different Allergist.
Love the team and dedication in assisting patient , especially with my allergies . They are always ready if i have any questions . Highly recommend their service to anyone . Their allergy doctors are hugely specialized . I cannot tell you how much I have learn ahiht my allergies and I have been better ever I started going to this location .
Dr. K and his staff were phenomenal. I was officially diagnosed on an issue I had no idea I had. I just took it as getting older. My issue is now under control.
