We recently took our son to see the allergist, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were patient and understanding with our son, which meant so much to us as parents. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism we received. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one!
Dr. K is very thorough and informative. He takes his time to explain your treatment plan and provides instructions on how to take care of yourself. The waiting time could be shortened.
It is so annoying that if you miss an allergy shot you have to go back and start the build up process all over again. That really annoys me. However I totally understand why you have to do it. I just don’t like it. But overall, I appreciate Premier Allergist. They have really helped me to get my asthma under control. The chronic migraines I was having have decreased in number as well. They pretty much turned my life around and for that I’m grateful.
The office isn't open to do shots a lot of the time. The times for the shots are all different. Some of the staff don't look pleasant; it seems they have personal issues or issues with amongst each other, and it shows. Also, I spoke with some of the staff members who injected the shots. I've asked if they can inject me closer to my upper part of the arm, not the middle, and they just do what they want. On the positive note, some staff members inject me in a way that does not cause brushing and swelling. The office is clean. ... read more
Every worker I had contact with was very hospitable. They were very nice, caring, and extra helpful to the point where I wanted to give hugs to them.
