My experience at AllerVie was very positive. I was a patient at this location when it was under another name. Changes within a business will sometimes alter the dynamics for the staff and patients. Everything was seamless for me! The front office staff is welcoming and courteous. Within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment, I was in the back for vitals and immediately after being seated in a patient room, my provider entered. I really don’t like changes especially when it comes to my health care and doctors. But this time it was different and I feel happy and comfortable with the change. My new doctor had excellent manners and is was very thorough with helping me identify any problems I may have and address the ones I have had. Very kind, courteous staff. My daughter and I were seen promptly- and allowed to be together for our appointments as a consideration of her fears re needles and the testing process as a whole. Every test and result was explained simply and thoroughly. We were very impressed with how professionally the office is run.
I have set an appointment after my son's doctor/allergist confirmed he is good to go for an oral food challenge for his food allergy. I made sure to do it a month so we have ample time to prepare. They told me some instructions like he should not take any food in the morning and to bring the food only with salt and pepper as.spices. other than that i made sure if that was it and they told me yes. My son had a doctor’s appointment today for his food allergies with Dr. Hava Ladinsky. His dad had taken him, and they both raved about amazing she was. They also everyone there was really nice and kind. I wasn’t sure at all, because the previous visit I had taken our son and interaction was the exact same. You guys are amazing and thank you for providing world class service to your patients!!
