I called the office today around 9:45 am and spoke to Ms. Parker, the office manager, to see if I could be seen today. She advised that there were no openings and that I would be considered a new patient since I hadn’t been seen since 2020 (all while I sound horrible on the phone due to congestion). I have been going to Premier allergist for the last year for allergy shots. While the doctors are good and the receptionist is helpful, I have had seen too many mistakes occur and the office randomly closes without much prior notice. For someone trying to arrange shots to their schedule, it is extremely frustrating to have this occur. It has become common for me to show up to a closed office or one that has signs up saying no appointments or shots that day. Dr. Hava and her staff are extraordinary, wonderful, kind, caring, detailed, and lots of fun to be around. It's a pleasure to have a physician and staff that truly cares about their patients. My granddaughter loves coming here and looks forward to her future visits! ❤️
Very clean, kind staff, and extremely efficient. They treat you like a person, not a paycheck, and ask all the right questions with great patience.
I just love Premier Allergist!!! The staff is really great. The doctors are excellent at what they do. When I first came to them I was getting welps all over my body and I was having breathing problems. I seen several doctors before coming here and No one had a solution to my problem. Soon as I came here they solved all my issues and my life has gotten much better thanks guys for all you have done for me!!!!!!
