First visit to Aller Vie Health in Pikesville.From the time I arrived I was pleasantly greeted,no waiting time. The assistant was friendly, took all my vitals and made me feel quite comfortable. The dr was fabulous, She ran tests,never a wait for results,She explained my diagnosis and gave me samples to try,and told me to call if any problem arose. Completely satisfied.I found a perfect practice that truly showed they cared.Professional,but the best bedside manner you'd want..Thank you,what a. Awesome staff.
I wish I could give this place a negative 5 star. I have been trying my hardest for the past 3 years. To postpone giving a review until I finished my treatment. However, this has been the most excruciating and difficult experience of joining any medical practice and only because I am so close to the finish line for my treatment is why I suffer and literally suffer. My husband is a patient here, so the office was already familiar with our insurance. When I called to schedule my first appointment, they confirmed my insurance and booked me several months out. However, the day before my appointment, they informed me that the doctor they had assigned me to did not accept my insurance—despite having that information from the beginning. Dr. Ladinsky is the absolute best. I see her as an immunology patient and she is so kind, caring and helpful. I’ve been her patient for less than a year and my health has greatly improved. Her team she works with is also incredible, just as friendly and caring as she is. Thank you!
My son had a doctor’s appointment today for his food allergies with Dr. Hava Ladinsky. His dad had taken him, and they both raved about amazing she was. They also everyone there was really nice and kind. I wasn’t sure at all, because the previous visit I had taken our son and interaction was the exact same. You guys are amazing and thank you for providing world class service to your patients!!
