I have been going to Premier allergist for the last year for allergy shots. While the doctors are good and the receptionist is helpful, I have had seen too many mistakes occur and the office randomly closes without much prior notice. For someone trying to arrange shots to their schedule, it is extremely frustrating to have this occur. It has become common for me to show up to a closed office or one that has signs up saying no appointments or shots that day. Dr. Hava and her staff are extraordinary, wonderful, kind, caring, detailed, and lots of fun to be around. It's a pleasure to have a physician and staff that truly cares about their patients. My granddaughter loves coming here and looks forward to her future visits! ❤️
Never ever have I had appointments canceled, rescheduled, doctors not coming to work, doctors leave the practice and sudden office closures like I've experienced here. This was not over the course of a year, this was in a three month period. They don't care about people at all!
As I’ve shared on numerous occasions (privately), the way your front office staff operates seems a bit inefficient. After calling the office to share that the laboratory where I wanted to get my blood drawn needed a new Rx because they couldn’t read the one from your location, I told the person who answered that I’d be heading there in 30 minutes. I just love Premier Allergist!!! The staff is really great. The doctors are excellent at what they do. When I first came to them I was getting welps all over my body and I was having breathing problems. I seen several doctors before coming here and No one had a solution to my problem. Soon as I came here they solved all my issues and my life has gotten much better thanks guys for all you have done for me!!!!!!
