I had a great experience with the premier allergist. The doctor and staff members were both kind and supportive. They treated me respectfully, and I got the care I needed. Having issues with getting allergy shots when the practice is only open 2 days a week and does not communicate their closures by email or text. They post a piece of paper on door of the office - which I’m not sure how that is supposed to be helpful since I don’t routinely stop by the office to see their hours and they don’t post online.
Disappointed! I had so many issues at the North Bethesda location. We moved to Shady Grove, thinking it would be better! How wrong I was. The doctor makes you feel like you wasted her time. My teen felt so overwhelmed, just by the way the Dr spoke to her. She told me she’d give me a “referral” and than said “we don't do referrals” !?!? Patient care is not her top priority. Staff is friendly; however, only being open Thursday and Friday is very inconvenient. Furthermore, by section 10.07.10.04 Maryland Law and Regulations: “Have services available at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week”. To be operational the office must be open a minimum of 40 hours a week - by this schedule being open 15 hours doesn’t meet regulations
When my family and I started going here, I gave it 5 stars 7 if I could!! The front staff was magnificent! They were friendly, not condescending, they looked out for me and my kids. However, now I will be looking for a new office because I was running late due to my son getting out of school late. I called, they told me about the grace period, I was 3 minutes passed the grace period, when I walked up to the front, I even mentioned that I was 3 minutes late PASSED the grace period so I guess I'll have to reschedule.
