This morning, I checked the Allervie website for your Rockville, Maryland location to confirm that it was open before driving to the clinic for allergy shots. I also specifically checked the "temporary changes to clinical hours" webpage and no closures were listed for Rockville. Nonetheless, when I drove over to the clinic it was closed with a pink sheet on the door stating that it was closed today. I had a great experience making my appointment and when I went in. All the staff were nice and polite. The NP, Alta Wolde, was very attentive to everything I told her and the time with her did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend this practice.
I’ve been a patient of this office for years, love all the staff! Especially Rosette, Nice, and Hareg! They’re always so helpful and friendly. It’s hard to find a clinic where you can fully trust nowadays. This office is one of them :)
The staff is very friendly. They did a great job with helping me understanding different foods and environmental allergies and how they affect you if your allergic to them.
Everyone in the office the front/nurses are very kind and patient. Doctor Nootheti takes her time to explain everything in detail and listens to our concern's.
