When my family and I started going here, I gave it 5 stars 7 if I could!! The front staff was magnificent! They were friendly, not condescending, they looked out for me and my kids. However, now I will be looking for a new office because I was running late due to my son getting out of school late. I called, they told me about the grace period, I was 3 minutes passed the grace period, when I walked up to the front, I even mentioned that I was 3 minutes late PASSED the grace period so I guess I'll have to reschedule. Great place for allergy shots. The staff is always friend and professional. I’m always forgetting my timing for maintenance shots, but they remind me without making me feel bad for forgetting. They’re the best. My only complaint is that I have yet to receive any superpowers from my serums.
I usually don’t write reviews but this time I had to. I’m not sure how they got 5 stars. I wouldn’t go there if I had to start all over again. To start with, I specifically told everyone starting from the time I scheduled the appointment that I wanted to know if I had a dog allergy but nobody listened because they had me tested for a ton of things and nobody even mentioned that it would cost a fortune. I have been getting allergy shots here for several years now and I am very pleased with their friendly staff . I never have to wait too long and I love the fact that you can just drop in for your injection without making an appointment.
Great friendly staff. I used to have severe allergies, but once I start up taking the shots, they completely went away. Highly recommend.
