I went in for a comprehensive allergy test and everyone was very kind and caring. My nurse was Michelle and she was especially sweet and made me laugh. I felt comfortable the entire time and everything was communicated very clearly. This was my first ever visit and I actually had a great time. It's weird to say "had a great time" for going to the doctor's office but I really did. They made it fun and welcoming. thank you Michelle! We had an exceptional experience at the office. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout every visit. They made us feel comfortable and well-cared for at every step. The services provided were thorough, efficient, and clearly delivered with expertise. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-quality care.
The staff is nice. We were greeted by the front desk person. We didn’t wait too long to be called by the nurse. The nurse was very professional and respectful. She answered my questions well. The doctor was nice too. She listened to my concerns without rushing and responded with respect. I was happy with overall service.
It’s great when they’re open but they randomly close half of the time and never communicate it over email or anything. There’s a little piece of paper on the front door so you have to go there to even find out if they’re open or not. Would be 5/5 if they were reliably open
I had my first visit at this office few days ago. I was so impressed with such awsome and welcoming front dest all the way to the every person that was taking care of me before and after the actual meeting the awsome and kind and professional and caring and knowledgeable Dr. Were so welcoming and wonderful and professional as well. What an amazing experience. I am so grateful to the whole first time visit.
