As my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted by a rather unpleasant woman at the front desk. She reminded us quite snorkely that they would be closing veary soon Store hours are 9-5 it was 4:45. The entire time we were in the showroom. Not a single other sales rep would even look at us. Great display of all the things you want to see for kitchen and bath, including some lights. Nice that they have a working shower display to get a sense of the spray patterns, but only a few so not tremendously helpful. Downside is that they weren't very helpful or knowledgeable of the products. We were focused on a brand our plumber recommended, but other than looking on line they didn't know much about the options. Pricing wasn't great either. My experience at PBK was terrific. We walked in at 4:15 last Friday and was warmly greeted by the front desk. We were looking for 2 replacement parts (different brands and fixtures) that 2 plumbers had difficulty finding. A big shout out for Tracey Schafer... she researched both and was able to find them for us. One she was able to get covered by the manufacturer which was great as the plumber wanted to charge us $450 for the part.
