Dr Malin is very kind & always addresses my concerns. She is a very skilled Surgeon & treats her patients with respect. I had surgery done on my right foot & she did a great job. Soon I will have surgery on my left foot & I trust I will have good results as well. The staff at Premier Foot & Ankle are very professional & treat you with respect. I highly recommend them for your Foot Care needs.
My Husband Mark was very disappointed, his appointment was at 2:30 He got there at 2:00 and at 3:30 I was called for my turn, only to get back there and them tell me, oh I'm Sorry She's already left for the day!?!?!? What Doctor would do that??? The office was busy first and foremost!! And now they want me to come back in 3 weeks for another consultation??? What??? So not only did I pay my $60.00 Co pay for them not to do a consultation that day!! Now they want me to wait 3 more weeks to go back and pay $60.00 more to do ... read more
Update: I have created this review under a different name. You wouldn't obviously understand the reason for the poor review because you couldn't grasp proper patient care IN PERSON. This is not a fraudulent review. You just dont like it. Big difference. Train you front office. Awful experience. Front desk takes no accountability. But they will probably just reply and say that they are sorry my recollection doesnt align with their care. Dismissive and arrogant.
Dr. Malin is great. She really cares about her clients. I’m very impressed. Gabby was great also.
This place is great, I had been going to a different podiatrist, but was so impressed with the staff at Premier that I will be moving all of my foot cate needs to them. Everyone there are all very friendly and they did more for my foot/toe than the other place had ever done.
