Four stars because the product is great, I have owned Generac before at a different address, the installers and turn-up guys were great very contentious went above and beyond fixing a few things with my grounds and neutral in my electrical panel, the sales guy was knowledgeable did a great job answered all my questions and I liked him. My 85 year old mother is having a generator installed. Workers Tucker and Sam were there yesterday (in VERY cold and windy weather) and stayed all day to get their job done. According to mom, they never even stopped for lunch! She was much impressed with their hard work, their professionalism, and their politeness when ‘talking to and old lady’ (her words ). Thanks to both of them and Premiere Generators!

We hooked our backyard building up to a Generac propane generator last year in case the electricity went off. We used Premier Generators out of Nashville. Since we are novices with this type of equipment, we relied on them to come and show us how to trouble shoot it after installation. The generator is perfect....reliable, and relatively quiet compared to a diesel generator we had in the past. I've been shopping for a house generator and have dealt with a number of consultants. Olivia from Premier Gen stood out in that she took the time with me not only to understand my needs but to make sure I understood how the equipment operated, what to expect from the equipment and how to respond to issues should they occur.
