Premier Generators provided a very comprehensive and professional service from the initial meeting to discuss the generator size and capacity options through the final install. Their service contracts for post install maintenance are monitored wirelessly for proactive maintenance and to ensure peace of mind to our family for the future.
Premier Generators gave us a great generator system and at a good price. When quoting the system Jason was very knowledgeable about the product and how it is installed, so he asked good questions to ensure I get what I need. The guys who did the work know what they are doing, and the installation went well. They also took time to make sure I understood how everything works.
Four stars because the product is great, I have owned Generac before at a different address, the installers and turn-up guys were great very contentious went above and beyond fixing a few things with my grounds and neutral in my electrical panel, the sales guy was knowledgeable did a great job answered all my questions and I liked him. My 85 year old mother is having a generator installed. Workers Tucker and Sam were there yesterday (in VERY cold and windy weather) and stayed all day to get their job done. According to mom, they never even stopped for lunch! She was much impressed with their hard work, their professionalism, and their politeness when ‘talking to and old lady’ (her words ). Thanks to both of them and Premiere Generators!
