I had a great experience here! The staff was very attentive and made me feel cared for throughout my visits. They took the time to clearly explain every movement and exercise, making sure I understood not only how to do them but also why they were important for my recovery. Their patience, professionalism, and supportive approach made a big difference in my progress. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality physical therapy with a personal touch! Front desk is great!
The staff here across the board are a breathe of fresh air, so polite and kind. Vicenta is great, very comforting and considerate. She explained to me everything that I needed to do. Doc has to be the best in the business she is so comforting and kind everything you could hope to have in a Doc. I personally would recommend this practice to anyone literally one of the best experiences I’ve had. 10/10
I absolutely love this Pain and Injury Clinic! The ladies at the front desk are the best, they’re always so welcoming, friendly, and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The whole team is professional and caring, and they truly take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. From day one the staff here has been excellent and professional. The customer service is excellent as well, if you are having a bad day I promise you will feel better when you leave the facility.
