My wife and I were having difficulty ordering a new spa cover from our local dealership. She called Premier to see if they could help and they were very willing. There were some issues with the cover when it arrived and Steve and his crew stuck with us and made sure we ended up with what we needed even though they most likely did not earn a profit. Very grateful and highly recommend!

We honestly couldn't be happier with our pool and the entire experience with PPAS!! From visiting with Ryan and his promptness to calls texts and never making me feel like I was a pain, (even though I'm sure I was!), meeting Brandy in the showroom, Aaron was on top of all of the permits and inspections, helped getting me back online and showing us how to maintain our pool.
