We had an amazing experience with Premier Pools for our pool installation! From start to finish, their team was professional, super responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They guided us through every step of the process—Ryan and Aaron were great to work with!

The boys were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond for the install of my new hot tub. Explained everything well and truly enjoyed them so much. I recommend them with all your hot tub needs and installs.
Run away! They carry the brand of pool we wanted and love the pool but, this Des Moines franchise is very unprofessional and don’t stand behind what they say. First of all everything we agree to in our pool proposal didn’t matter if they didn’t put it into the contract. So multiple things didn’t get done or were at an extra cost. And somethings in the contract the refused to do. Contract said they would put back any fencing they removed, they didn’t and I had to have it reinstalled after they wouldn’t.
