We had an excellent experience with Premier Pools & Spas in Des Moines (Johnston)! We dealt mostly with Ben (our sales guy) and Aaron. They were extremely knowledgeable and made this experience easy from the selection process through delivery, installation, pool school and beyond. We spent over $140,000 on our pool just 2½ years ago, and unfortunately our experience with Premier Pool & Spa has been extremely disappointing. Our automatic pool cover has been a problem since day one. In fact, the very first cover they attempted to install was too large. The replacement has never fit correctly either. They were great to work with before, during and after the build. Installing a pool for our family has been the best decision.
