RecommendedOur entire pool experience with the entire team at Premier Pools was great. Mike and Tina are a real joy to work with and truly partner with you the whole way. I have been reading many of their reviews over the past year and it saddens me to see such nastiness towards 2 people that really will do everything in their power to always make it right. Signed contract with Premier in May 2020 to build new pool; broke ground November 2020 and interior finish completed in October 2021 (11 months to complete from groundbreaking). The entire build process was an awful experience for us. The build was slow and there were several months with no progress. Communication from the company was terrible throughout. The Covid pandemic and sub-contractors were constantly blamed by Premier for the delays, but our negative experience had nothing to do with Covid or their sub-contractors; ... read more
Started pool construction in a November of 2020. Still waiting on a swimmable pool. Non responsive, unprofessional, shotty work. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
