Our entire pool experience with the entire team at Premier Pools was great. Mike and Tina are a real joy to work with and truly partner with you the whole way. I have been reading many of their reviews the past year and it saddens me to see such nastiness towards 2 people that really will do everything in their power to always make it right. Could possibly be the worst pool company ever. I'm 1 year and 6 months in and now in the middle of a lawsuit. Never on time, always blaming the contractors for doing faulty work and never owning up to fixing things. I have spoken on the phone with two other families that have been in the same position I am in. I would recommend anyone thinking about using this company to think again. This has been the worst experience ever. You better have a lawyer present from the start or you will likely be left with an unfinished project that has milestone payments complete before the project was and they just completely halt communication and showing up. Buyer Remorse! 2024, so this is recent!! Every branch is independently owned and operated so you will get no support, and will have to seek a lawyer for breach of contract. Should have been the best summer for my family, now it’s ruined.
The Hamptons are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable pool builders around. It's obvious when dealing with them that they actually care about people and want to deliver the best high quality service and product possible.
Mike Hampton and his team at Premier Pools brought our dream to reality! They designed and constructed a beautiful pool and backyard setting for us that has provided countless hours of family togetherness and memories made. We had a great experience working with Mike; he was throughout the project, and remains even today, very responsive to me when I have any question about the pool.
