Pete and the team recently drained my pool, cleaned and fixed the broken tiles, and replaced the lights in my jacuzzi. They did an outstanding job and we are so happy with the result. They now clean our pool on a weekly basis and keep us updated on the state of the pool. Highly recommend them
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No follow up. Will not return calls. Designer disappears for MONTHS on end and won’t even return a simple email. Called the office multiple times and they said “a manager will get back to you” — NOT ONCE did anyone ever call me back. We canceled our project almost 4 months into it. What a huge waste of time. I realize places are busy these days and fully understand delays, supply and labor shortages, etc. but communication is free and valuable. I had issues during my pool build, people drinking on the job ect…. My pool was complete the middle of May 2021, in the two months that the pool has been finished, I have had a green pool twice…. The day they “cleaned” my pool it was still green! I call and they say they will look into it again.. no one calls me back. Then I get a bill raising my service 25 dollars a month! I would recommend taking your business where they value their customers and are more professional…. A pool is a big expense, and you deserve to enjoy it.
