Jason, and the guys at Premier Pools & Spas, are top notch. My pool is gorgeous and gets constant compliments and rave reviews from the Airbnb guests I host. I loved working with Jason and his team. They were super responsive and really accommodating given the time we had between Airbnb guests. The house where the pool is put in is our vacation home. We had a little last minute snafu with the permitting guy but they helped me to resolve it quickly. Jason is such a nice person and I would highly recommend him to anyone on this kind of project. He is helpful with pricing and it’s super reasonable!
From the quote process to completion, Premier pools was excellent to work with! I would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to make their pool build an easy process. They use some of the best equipment and pool building technique's. They provided weekly updates during course of construction and hit their completion date. Any issues were handled quickly. And there was always someone available to speak to.
The install process is not easy. My patience was challenged and I must admit I was a little difficult myself at times. Jason was always very responsive and calm. Looking back now, I admire the way he was always brought sanity to the situation. As a small business owner, I am very aware of how difficult this can be at times. The end result has been worth the challenges, which were more than a few.
We absolutely love our pool and patio!! Jason and crew went above and beyond our expectations. We paid exactly what he quoted us and the pool was completed with in the time frame he said it would be. Three years later, I can call Jason if I have any questions and he is as professional and helpful as always. Thanks again Jason!!
