We had a great experience working with John and Justin. John helped us design everything and was always helpful and available anytime we had a question. He made the whole process easy, we even had to make a few changes along the way and he made everything the way we wanted. Justin was great. I have to really give it up for Premier pools and Spa located in Pooler, Ga. From the beginning to end the staff John, Justin and others helped my husband and I pick the perfect pool with a hot tub. We had a backyard with nothing but dirt and flys and Premier Pools assisted us to turn our yard into our own relaxing spa. Customer service was impeccable. Timely service and always kept the communication loops open. We always knew what and when things were happening We love our pool and our screened enclosure. They never pressured us to get a more expensive pool. They just wanted us to have the pool we wanted. We did get two other quotes but we knew from the initial meeting we would love Premier.
Our pool looks amazing and we are closer to having our backyard paradise! Absolutely love Josh. He was so patient, helpful, and flexible when going through the various options for the pool layout and colors of materials. Josh was even there the day the pool was put into the ground!
