I had a test done on 6/9/25 and they had me pay the remainder of my deductible at the time of the test (over $500). To date (8/12) they have not submitted the claim to my insurance and I've called 3 times to get this fixed. This is causing me to have to pay the $500 that insurance doesn't know has been met on my deductible again on new claims being submitted. It's a mess. I have used Premier many times in the past but will not be going back. Not sure if they are ever going to submit my claim!
