I went in for a mammogram on December 11th 2025. I did the paperwork. But two ladies came and told me that I couldn't get a mammogram done because of the so called machines are down. I don't know exactly their excuses are but they were rude. So I had to reschedule for in February 2026. I have 3 lumps! If they don't see me when my appointment comes up in February, and when I go to another place for a mammogram and if they say I have cancer, then I will Sue the department! Negative trillion stars!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this radiology center. I’m over 40 and have insurance that fully covers my annual mammogram. I had my screening done here, but later found out that the doctor who reviewed my results was not in my insurance network — and I was billed $ $109.51 for something that should have been fully covered by my insurance. I have been here several times and have always been satisfied. But this time I'm very upset and disappointed. My doctor recommended me to have another MRI so I received a call from Premeir Radiology and they set me up an appointment. It was at 7:30 a.m. on Friday the 12th. And it's always been workman's comp for years. Needless to say their supposed to get any test approved before they call to set me up an appointment. We'll we live 100 miles away. The after hours phone service at Premier Radiology does not work! There is NO option on the recording that allows you to contact the office staff, and all options lead to other offices! I find this to be extremely frustrating since this is the phone number Premier Radiology gave as their after-hours service! As no options lead to Premier Radiology, you cannot call if you are suddenly ill or running a few minutes late, no matter which option you choose on the menu. Classic bait and switch for an out of network cash price. Called ahead for Ultrasound quote, was told $170. Arrived and was told it was $206. Merry Christmas indeed! Recommend getting an email or text quote if you need to deal with this office.
