Today, I went in for my first ever CT. To say I was nervous is a complete understatement. I envisioned something like the movie "Final Destination". Ridiculous, I know. From the get go, everyone was so extremely professional and above all, friendly. The young lady that took my x-rays (forgive me, I forgot her name) was a joy. She was such a sweetheart. I had such a great experience at Premier Radiology for my mammogram. I was honestly a little nervous going in because of stories I’d heard in the past, but Starla was amazing and made everything feel so easy. Truly no pain, no discomfort! I walked out thinking, I wish I would have gone sooner. Thank you, Starla, for being so gentle and kind.
I have been going to Premier Radiology for 3 years maybe longer. I have always been pleased with help,care and professional people there. Today was the same. I first was Greeted and signed in to have my normally dreaded mammogram done..I call it pancake day. The Technician Pam was very kind and helpful explaining how to relax so it didn't hurt!! She was a true joy! Thank you Pam for making my experience wonderful!
This was my third year getting my mammogram from Premier Radiology and also the same technician Pam each year. She makes the exam easy and fast. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, will answer any questions or concerns you may have. The young lady at the front desk was also extremely kind and friendly and answered any questions I had. My family has had other exams here multiple times and we are always treated with kindness and respect each time.
I have all of my Radiology work as well as mammogram at Premier. I always get excellent service and care! Today I had to go in just to pick up a copy of my last scan bone density. Shelley B helped me and was very pleasant. She took care of my needs Quickly and with a smile on her face. Thank you, Shelley for the pleasant experience
