Just was there today at the Premiere radiology in Gallatin. Pam from mammo .. Wonderful, kind, friendly, gentle efficient thank you, Pam The woman that checked me in with a beautiful turquoise ring I don’t remember her name was so kind as well. I felt immediately when I walked in there I was in good hands. And the younger girl that did my bone density test today was wonderful as well.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. I recently had a CT scan and wanted to recognize the gentleman who performed it (I didn’t catch his name). He had such a positive attitude and genuinely seemed to care about making patients feel comfortable. I’m not a fan of IVs, but he walked me through each step, explained what to expect, and checked in throughout the process. His calm, reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful appointment much easier.

I had such a great experience at Premier Radiology for my mammogram. I was honestly a little nervous going in because of stories I’d heard in the past, but Starla was amazing and made everything feel so easy. Truly no pain, no discomfort! I walked out thinking, I wish I would have gone sooner. Thank you, Starla, for being so gentle and kind.

This was my third year getting my mammogram from Premier Radiology and also the same technician Pam each year. She makes the exam easy and fast. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, will answer any questions or concerns you may have. The young lady at the front desk was also extremely kind and friendly and answered any questions I had. My family has had other exams here multiple times and we are always treated with kindness and respect each time.

Today, I went in for my first ever CT. To say I was nervous is a complete understatement. I envisioned something like the movie "Final Destination". Ridiculous, I know. From the get go, everyone was so extremely professional and above all, friendly. The young lady that took my x-rays (forgive me, I forgot her name) was a joy. She was such a sweetheart.
