I cannot recommend Premier Radiology enough. I came all the way from Springfield for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound, and I would choose them again every time. First, their self-pay pricing was a huge relief. They offered a very generous self-pay discount, and all fees were clearly included upfront, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. (Gallatin, TN location) The entire experience was pleasant throughout the appointment. The receptionist at the front desk was kind and efficient. She answered our questions about billing and payment with patience. The radiology technician (Pam) provided great customer service that instantly put me at ease. My sister needs a stat MRI ,we called several locations but just hung up with the Gallatin Office and if I could just reach and hug Kelly I sure would! She not only found her appointment at different location for next week but she was absolutely amazing on the phone, so incredibly compassionate and professional! Not one other office offered to help that way. We truly do appreciate her!
Starla was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease with her kind, compassionate care and her instruction. I have been to this location before and the check in process was efficient .i even was given an apt for next year. The mammogram environment has a calming presence and is decorated to encourage and support women through the mammogram process . Thank you Starla for providing such a positive experience.
My first visit to Premier Radiology was a very easy experience. The office staff was efficient and courteous. The wait wasn't long and Starla was very competent and friendly so the mammogram was quick and comfortable.
