The Premier Radiology on Charlotte Ave. identified as the Watkins Park location is the best ! They have the nicest, most compassionate, professional associates there. I have been going to that location for years for an array of tests, scans! I have been to 3 locations over the span of about 8 years & they are by far are my favorite. I highly recommend them.
I have never had to wait when I have had an appointment here! They are always right on schedule and that is very much appreciated! The staff is always very courteous and kind. Keep smiling and keep up the good work!
I arrived on time for my 8:30 AM MRI appointment. By 9:40, I had watched nearly the entire waiting room, including people who arrived after me, get called back while I was still waiting with no update or explanation. When I finally asked what was going on, no one could explain the delay. I was told the MRI would take another 30 minutes, which I no longer had time for. Excellent facility. Clean, efficient, and all the employees I interacted with were very good at what they do. Mary, the tech who assisted me was so kind and helpful, made me feel at ease and even made me laugh! Overall a great experience!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was on an automatic payment plan to pay for my scans. I ended up paying it off earlier than I planned and zeroing out my balance. Well, the next “billing” date comes around and they automatically withdraw money from my account when I didn’t owe them anything. If I do not owe them anything, they have NO authorization to charge my card. This has been ongoing since 2/2/26, and today is 2/19. I call every week for a status on my refund.
