I have never had to wait when I have had an appointment here! They are always right on schedule and that is very much appreciated! The staff is always very courteous and kind. Keep smiling and keep up the good work!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was on an automatic payment plan to pay for my scans. I ended up paying it off earlier than I planned and zeroing out my balance. Well, the next “billing” date comes around and they automatically withdraw money from my account when I didn’t owe them anything. If I do not owe them anything, they have NO authorization to charge my card. This has been ongoing since 2/2/26, and today is 2/19. I call every week for a status on my refund. I would definitely recommend another company or go to another town. They scheduled me a 8:00am appointment. Sent out multiple texts and email that stated to arrive early and they were not open until 8am. When doors opened stated person responsible overslept. 🙄
Today’s experience with tech Mary was unbelievable. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. She was very condescending and has a bad attitude. She not be working in this field with this type of behavior. I have reported to my health insurance
