I would give 0 stars if I could. I was on an automatic payment plan to pay for my scans. I ended up paying it off earlier than I planned and zeroing out my balance. Well, the next “billing” date comes around and they automatically withdraw money from my account when I didn’t owe them anything. If I do not owe them anything, they have NO authorization to charge my card. This has been ongoing since 2/2/26, and today is 2/19. I call every week for a status on my refund. I get a phone call asking if I could be early on the day of my appt. I couldn’t as I had to pick up my children. The woman acted irritated that I couldn’t. So I show up for my appt and I am brought to the back. The woman doing my scan on my back notices I have a nose ring and says u can’t have that in. I won’t do your scan. I said I have had multiple scans ON MY LOWER SPINE w this in and tell her I have even signed a paper which should be on file. I would definitely recommend another company or go to another town. They scheduled me a 8:00am appointment. Sent out multiple texts and email that stated to arrive early and they were not open until 8am. When doors opened stated person responsible overslept. 🙄

Today’s experience with tech Mary was unbelievable. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. She was very condescending and has a bad attitude. She not be working in this field with this type of behavior. I have reported to my health insurance
