I would give 0 stars if I could. I was on an automatic payment plan to pay for my scans. I ended up paying it off earlier than I planned and zeroing out my balance. Well, the next “billing” date comes around and they automatically withdraw money from my account when I didn’t owe them anything. If I do not owe them anything, they have NO authorization to charge my card. This has been ongoing since 2/2/26, and today is 2/19. I call every week for a status on my refund. My experience at Premier Radiology on Charlotte Avenue in Nashville, TN was overall positive. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time for a CT scan. The technician who administered the contrast dye and performed the scan was professional, polite, and efficient. She provided clear instructions and took the time to ask if I had any questions. I get a phone call asking if I could be early on the day of my appt. I couldn’t as I had to pick up my children. The woman acted irritated that I couldn’t. So I show up for my appt and I am brought to the back. The woman doing my scan on my back notices I have a nose ring and says u can’t have that in. I won’t do your scan. I said I have had multiple scans ON MY LOWER SPINE w this in and tell her I have even signed a paper which should be on file. Arrive 11 for an 11:30 scan. She said the scan would take at least 30 minutes. She called me back at 11:15 and by 11:35 I was on the table. I walked out of there no later than 12:15. They took me back early, were efficient, kind and patient. 100% recommend.
