Patience with me wanting to wear pants for my scan. Patience when I couldn’t get my earrings out-even helped. Patience when I moved during one of the scans. Darrell was so kind and wonderful. The check in staff were kind and wonderful. Loved the Antioch location. Grateful for such kind souls during a hard time.
I had the best experience with my first MRI thanks to Darrell. He was so genuinely kind and took his time to explain everything and answer my questions. He really helped calm my nerves and ease my anxiety throughout the entire test. I highly recommend him!!
I wanted to recognize and thank Darrell my MRI tech at the Antioch location. As a patient with severe medical trauma and PTSD I am typically not able to make it through a closed MRI. For the first time ever I was not made to feel less than normal or damaged for having anxiety about the scans. Darrell was so understanding, calming and helpful that I almost fell asleep in my scan. Darrell didn’t know it, but he saved me today. I’ve been begging for answers since April for some ongoing abdominal pain and weight loss. I was patient the first 2 months for diagnostics, tests, and results, but the last 2 months have been agonizing. The pain is worse, the weight loss won’t stop, new symptoms are arising, and my overall quality of life is poor (as I’m unable to leave the house to do the things I love nor can I walk very far without being in pain), and it’s all been pushing me back towards depression.
