We had the pleasure of getting checked in by Tiffany this morning at Premier Radiology in Antioch, TN. She not only greeted us so warmly and energetically at 7:20 in the morning, but she was also very helping in provided necessary documents for insurance reimbursement and answering all our questions and providing encouraging words before my daughter’s procedure! Definitely recommend coming here!!
Patience with me wanting to wear pants for my scan. Patience when I couldn’t get my earrings out-even helped. Patience when I moved during one of the scans. Darrell was so kind and wonderful. The check in staff were kind and wonderful. Loved the Antioch location. Grateful for such kind souls during a hard time.
I would like to give a five star shout out to the young lady at the front desk named Tiffany J. I went in this morning unannounced to request a disc copy of my CT scan I had done a few weeks ago. There were 5-6 people waiting to be seen but instead of making me wait Tiffany took my information and took it back to the techs/nurses and my disc was ready in about 10 minutes.. Thank you Tiffany for your outstanding customer service.
The location has told me on 2 separate visits that I was covered by my insurance after they checked it. To only receive bills for thousands of dollars that were never filed. Then the bills were never adjusted. It took 6 months to a yr to get these bills adjusted. I just won't go there again.
I would give it no stars if I could. They took an X-ray of my hand and said there was nothing wrong. I went to a hand specialist anyway, who was able to pull the X-rays taken by Premier Radiology and showed me the most obvious break. I had to rush into surgery that same week because they were concerned it would heal broken and cause me permanent complications.
