I have the best experience ever when receiving my MRI from Mr. Danny. He was very welcoming and made everything seem so relaxing. He spoke to me very calmly and direct me without any agitation. His patience was phenomenal. I used the Premier Radiology facility in Antioch on Murfreesboro Road. The experience could not have been any more pleasant. Tiffany at the check-in desk was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, professional, personable, and made the whole process easy. Premier Radiology owners: I recommend you do whatever it takes to make sure she's happy and she stays. I apologize for not remembering the X-ray techs name, but she made sure my comfort was a priority. The inside is very spacious, clean and organized. It felt safe.

Denise was very comforting and reassuring that everything was okay. She made sure nothing was painful. It was a whole lot better than previous experience. I actually dreaded coming back but today was nothing like I thought it was going to be. Thank you Denise for your compassion. You will be remembered

I received a call today regarding an appointment from Jessica T (Like Tango) who called on speaker phone and the beginning of what she said was inaudible, when attempting to get a better understanding her attitude was more than I could handle so I disconnected and called back and got Tiffany who clearly was sharing the same office space as her attitude was just as bad. My First MRI-the tech didn’t give any instructions (do I need to be still , can I move my arms, hands etc.)No music in the headphones, no cover over my eyes. I called out to the tech because my fingers felt tingly. No response. I called out 3 times-no response. Now I’m in a full panic and screaming for someone. My tech tried to be reassuring after the fact but he wasn’t. I hope I never have to do it again.
