Patience with me wanting to wear pants for my scan. Patience when I couldn’t get my earrings out-even helped. Patience when I moved during one of the scans. Darrell was so kind and wonderful. The check in staff were kind and wonderful. Loved the Antioch location. Grateful for such kind souls during a hard time.
I would like to give a five star shout out to the young lady at the front desk named Tiffany J. I went in this morning unannounced to request a disc copy of my CT scan I had done a few weeks ago. There were 5-6 people waiting to be seen but instead of making me wait Tiffany took my information and took it back to the techs/nurses and my disc was ready in about 10 minutes.. Thank you Tiffany for your outstanding customer service.
I had the best experience with my first MRI thanks to Darrell. He was so genuinely kind and took his time to explain everything and answer my questions. He really helped calm my nerves and ease my anxiety throughout the entire test. I highly recommend him!!
Darrell didn’t know it, but he saved me today. I’ve been begging for answers since April for some ongoing abdominal pain and weight loss. I was patient the first 2 months for diagnostics, tests, and results, but the last 2 months have been agonizing. The pain is worse, the weight loss won’t stop, new symptoms are arising, and my overall quality of life is poor (as I’m unable to leave the house to do the things I love nor can I walk very far without being in pain), and it’s all been pushing me back towards depression.
