I would like to recognize the exceptional service I received today from, Denise! When she discovered an error with my mammogram order, she didn’t just tell me there was a problem and send me on my way. Instead, she tracked down the physician who wrote the order, worked to get the issue corrected, and made sure my appointment was rescheduled appropriately. I received a call today regarding an appointment from Jessica T (Like Tango) who called on speaker phone and the beginning of what she said was inaudible, when attempting to get a better understanding her attitude was more than I could handle so I disconnected and called back and got Tiffany who clearly was sharing the same office space as her attitude was just as bad. I ultimately called my insurance provider to tell both young ladies my test did not require an authorization and I had the call ref# that they could follow up... read more

Denise is one of the best mammogram technician I’ve had at this facility. She put me at ease having to come back for a diagnostic. She was gentle and very professional. I worked in the medical field as a nurse for 40 some years and Denise is a keeper.

I would like to give a five star shout out to the young lady at the front desk named Tiffany J. I went in this morning unannounced to request a disc copy of my CT scan I had done a few weeks ago. There were 5-6 people waiting to be seen but instead of making me wait Tiffany took my information and took it back to the techs/nurses and my disc was ready in about 10 minutes.. Thank you Tiffany for your outstanding customer service.

We had the pleasure of getting checked in by Tiffany this morning at Premier Radiology in Antioch, TN. She not only greeted us so warmly and energetically at 7:20 in the morning, but she was also very helping in provided necessary documents for insurance reimbursement and answering all our questions and providing encouraging words before my daughter’s procedure! Definitely recommend coming here!!
