Went in for a CT scan.Not feeling good at all! Mr Wayne was so kind and patient. He worked to get me in and out. Fantastic at his job. Great bedside manner. I was very grateful! Thank you, sir!
I had a ultra sound done at the New Salem Hwy location. The tech, Brandi, was very kind and efficient. The reason for 4 stars is the waiting room. The chairs were torn and made the place look very unprofessional and questionable as to the service provided. I find it hard to believe that Premier would not take more interest in presenting a good impression to their clients.
Had an appointment for my first mammogram at this location on a referral from my PCP. The young lady that was at the front desk greeted me quickly and was friendly and pleasant. I waited a very minimal time and was back on time for my appointment. Tara was the tech that did my mammogram and she was absolutely a gem. She was so kind, gentle, and informative that she put me at ease. Anything new, especially a mammogram, is a bit intimidating and can be scary. I had to get a CT scan of my wrist after being in a pretty bad car accident. Wayne The CT tech literally had to help lift me up and down off the table. He did wonderful. It was so helpful and even got the door for us when we left.
Went to Premier Radiology for CT scan, and Wayne was AMAZING! I have NEVER had better care, after everything I have been through with a broken hip and Lupus, Wayne took his time with me and was very passionate! After he took pictures, he went back to make sure they all turned out good. When I was leaving he asked me to wait 5 minutes and we would put all my images on a disk for me to take to my doctor since they were having computer issues.
