Had an appointment for my first mammogram at this location on a referral from my PCP. The young lady that was at the front desk greeted me quickly and was friendly and pleasant. I waited a very minimal time and was back on time for my appointment. Tara was the tech that did my mammogram and she was absolutely a gem. She was so kind, gentle, and informative that she put me at ease. Anything new, especially a mammogram, is a bit intimidating and can be scary. Wayne w/ CT was very compasaionate and polite. He was helpful and he took his time and whent above and beyond. We really appreciated him and the staff at the New Salem Premier location!

Went to Premier Radiology for CT scan, and Wayne was AMAZING! I have NEVER had better care, after everything I have been through with a broken hip and Lupus, Wayne took his time with me and was very passionate! After he took pictures, he went back to make sure they all turned out good. When I was leaving he asked me to wait 5 minutes and we would put all my images on a disk for me to take to my doctor since they were having computer issues. Positive note first: shout out to Deborah the tech who greeted me with kindness in an otherwise stressful situation. Front desk- needs basic training skills on general kindness, greeting, and overall customer service. I could provide a name here but wont. I believe the most basics of greeting is “Good Morning” with perhaps a smile, not greeted with “do you have an appointment?” With a sour face. Most people are thrilled to even have a job. I arrived at the New Salem office 15 minutes before my appointment, checked in, received a mammogram and, 35 minutes later, I’m back in my car happily writing this review! The process was so simple and the mammogram was painless. If you’ve never had a mammogram, forget every negative thing you’ve ever heard about them. There is pressure, but it’s not painful.
