I arrived with procedure order in hand. I knew there might be a wait as I didn’t have an appointment. This is not my first visit to this facility. The girls at the desk asked for my insurance card and picture ID. They took those and the procedure order. The one gal came out and informed me directly that there would be quite a wait. I saw many great comments about Linda, and I have to agree—she is amazing. After my mammogram, I mentioned how nervous I was about the results, and she was kind enough to email me as soon as possible to let me know everything was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. The technician was also fantastic—she made me feel completely at ease during a procedure that can be quite uncomfortable. I highly recommend this place for their compassion, professionalism, and excellent care.

They calculated my insurance incorrectly for my radiology procedure, charging me 85% more than I should have paid. It’s been months, and after multiple calls to their company, I have yet to be reimbursed. Would not recommend going here. If you must, make sure they bill you rather than paying for their services in the office.
Them: please arrive 15 mins before your appointment time to check in. Also them: the one and only receptionist will walk outside of the building to talk on her cellphone for 15 minutes while you just sit there in the lobby waiting on someone to come to the desk to check you in. And then continue talking on her phone while checking you in when she comes back. But the woman that did my imaging was nice, explained everything and it was pretty quick.
