Clayton Hood did an “Outstanding” job helping us through the whole process of getting all the damages from a hail storm covered through our insurance. He made sure our new roof went on smoothly to our house. He made sure damages to siding and deck damages got covered as well. Clayton was phenomenal, he gave us an honest assessment last year that our roof wasn't in need of repair; this year after we got hailed out he was prompt, professional, and walked us through the whole process. Our roof was replaced before our neighbors even had adjustments completed. He was present for the adjustor and was super communicative throughout the whole process. Premier was fast, thorough, and open the entire time.
