We used Premier Roofing to repair our roof after a recent hail storm. The process was very straightforward, and we are very pleased with the work. The Premier rep, Kelly, helped us file an insurance claim, and she made sure the entire project was handled properly. From the first inspection prior to work being done, to the final inspection after the job was complete, Premier Roofing did good work all around. I’d definitely use them again.

This is an ongoing, incomplete job. The manager, Audrey Allen, I've been dealing with has not responded to me or my husband since she was at my house over a week ago, on 11/7. We were supposed to talk about the issues, but she had a couple guys come out and do some work. The first guy started the work without even taking to me and I was not aware any work was to be done that day. I've lived in the same house for 25 years and have had three roofs put on thru the years. Premier roofing is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They've been out to my house three times and the roof still isn't right. Their crews are very unprofessional, they didn't lay down tarps during the tear out process like I was informed they would do so I've spent hours picking up nails and broken shingle pieces in my yard and driveway, they've damaged my gutters, left roofing trash in my attic, left exposed nails on... read more

Was happy with everything so far (only thing that needs to be done is having the insurance company settle up and get the final bill), the only exception is that a window on the deck was broken but was told that Premier would replace it. I was extremely satisfied with the work crew, they worked hard on the first day (9 am - 8:30 pm) then cleaned up when it was dark, was back the next day at 7:30 am, finished up the roof and then the final clean up before noon.

We recently had our roof repaired by Premier Roofing. Our insurance recommended them so they are who we chose. Cooper Allen was our field agent and the communication was very poor. It took almost a month before we were even scheduled for a repair. During that time we had a leaky hole in our roof that we tried to patch ourselves. The crew came out and did an amazing job on the roof. They cleaned up everything nicely. However the crew left several boxes of shingles on top of our roof and a pile of new materials in our driveway... read more
