Steve came out to our place in Plymouth for a free roof inspection and was super easy to work with from the start. He helped set everything up with the insurance adjuster and kept us in the loop the whole time. we got approved for a brand new roof and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected.
Working with Premier Roofing was as good as it gets. From the initial contact (knock on the door from Adrian) to the face to face step by step process meeting with Steve to the final inspection (James). The crew was very efficient and wow what a cleanup. Dumpster picked up the next day, as well as reinstalling my original gutter guards. Premier also installed a Ridge Vent which looks great. After my free inspection and discovering my roof had hail damage. Alex Bruns, Premier Roofing, field rep. instantly submitted the claim to my home owners insurance, that evening. Alex should be Premier Roofing Employee of the year, as he was there from start to finish. My homeowners and car insurance is with Nationwide. I had a 25 year-old roof on my house. My insurance company was going to drop me if I didn't have it replaced. I worked with Shawn, Steve, James, and Team at Premier Roofing and it was a great experience. The pricing was reasonable, as I was paying out-of-pocket and not through insurance. Adequate roofing job. There was quite a bit of shingle debris around the house, including in the microwave vent, HVAC vent and anything left outside. I would have liked better communication about timing (when they would show up, who to talk to, when the dumpster would be removed, when gutters would be installed) and attention to detail in general.
