We love our new roof. It’s very quiet. We love the color and the roofers did a great job. We were helped through the process working with Camren Thomas from Premier Roofing. He was so helpful!
This was a very frustrating experience to work with this company. There was a complete lack of communication for scheduling when subcontractors are coming. People would just show up some days and be on the roof. They forgot to do the gutters and then after I had to prove the gutters were on the original paperwork, they finally came out to do them. ***11/17/24 Update*** First and foremost, please exercise caution when selecting a roofing company, regardless of their persistent attempts to persuade you to choose them. Maintain a comprehensive documentation of all communications related to any home improvement projects. This includes the names of individuals you have spoken with, the dates and times of those conversations, and the topics discussed. This company came to my door to offer a “free roof inspection” 6 months after we had a major storm. After I explained our roof was already replaced, the salesman was very rude and condescending. Avoid this company.
Premier roofing was great to work with. Shingles arrived and were installed the next day. Gutters were replaced a week later. Alex was awesome to work with. He responded quickly to all messages. I did have one issue-gutter was installed too low, but it was fixed within a few days.
