From start to finish, working with Gavin Olson on my roof replacement was an excellent experience. Another roofing company had tried but wasn’t able to get the project approved through insurance. Maintain a comprehensive documentation of all communications related to any home improvement projects. This was a very frustrating experience to work with this company. There was a complete lack of communication for scheduling when subcontractors are coming. People would just show up some days and be on the roof. They forgot to do the gutters and then after I had to prove the gutters were on the original paperwork, they finally came out to do them.
