Ten roofs were damaged by the wind and hail in a spring storm. The representatives from Premier Roofing provided the HOA board with a packet filled with information and choices. They were knowledgeable and made sure we understood what to expect. Premiere hosted a meeting to explain the process to all homeowners. Once the process started, the onsite manager, Corey, kept everyone informed. Corey was exceptional!
I'll update when the all the work is finished. Elijah has been great to work with. The new roof was very well installed and I am waiting on the siding and gutter guards (which can take a while for parts and such). The guys did a great job cleaning up, I was very impressed. During the install some fascia covering was damaged and I have been told they're going to make it right. I have great expectations they will. And I will update with the result.
12/25 update: They finally came out after we called them several more times for weeks. They left a huge mess which included their personal trash, cigarettes, innumerable siding pieces and nails in our yard. Not to mention our porch furniture and more trash was left in our neighbors yard. Our flag was also taken down and not put back up and our shovel is missing. Replacing our roof has been a wonderful, positive experience. The sales rep, Natosha, was very knowledgeable and eager to provide excellent customer service. We would recommend this Company to anyone. It's great to find a company who makes promises, stands behind them and delivers as promised. Our shingles were delivered and the very next morning the crew was here to apply the roof. Elijah, was my first encounter with Premier Roofing, and he made a great impression. He was very friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
