Working with Harold Brantley of Premier Roofing was such a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and always available to answer any questions you may have. I was very nervous when my first inspection was denied by my insurance company but Harold handled everything so well and got me approved. We recently had our roof replaced and went with premier roofing. Harold took great care of us and helped us get our claim filed with our insurance agency. His supervisor even came out when the insurance adjuster was here as well to go over a full overview of all the damages. Harold was helpful the entire job and even come by after the roofers were finished and ensured all nails were cleaned up and our house was back to normal. John was the person I worked with throughout the process, and he was great to deal with. He helped guide me through the insurance claim process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions, and was always professional. This company makes the process so smooth and not stressful at all! Communication was superb! Within a few weeks I had my new roof and it is beautiful! I could not even tell that this roof was torn off and replaced..no trash, no landscaping issues. The crew and everyone else were friendly and professional!
