These guys are seriously the BEST. its really hard to find a company that actively displays a "customer first" mentality. They were amazing to work with, work fast, and did an amazing job. Premier Roofing and their Field Sup Eli Baxter provided excellent service from the first stage of a free inspection all the way to replacing my entire shingle and flat roofs, a project that was paid for by an approved insurance claim. There was some damage to vinyl siding from the original roofing job. Premier assigned Jose Rivera to oversee the repairs needed, and he did so with full competence. He arranged for a crew to come today and they did a wonderful job repairing the damaged siding. Mr. Rivera was courteous, professional, and thorough in explaining the project and directing and overseeing the repairs. Because of him, we would be willing to contract with Premier if we need future work following a storm. He’s a credit to Premier.
Dominic with Premier roofing has stopped by on several occasions to address minor issues. Response time has been within 24 hours to 2 days which was very impressive. We have been very pleased with the professionalism and expertise at Premier Roofing.
David has gone above and beyond for us. Including taking multiple rounds of pictures, and making multiple extra trips to our home when our insurance was being stubborn. We are very thankful for his extra time and positive attitude through the whole process to help us out.
