Would have been better off doing it myself. I made an insurance claim back in march/April to get my gutters and siding replaced. I paid this company in full right off the bat. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks at first and then they went MIA until I asked what the hold up was months later. They never even ordered the material. 12/25 update: They finally came out after we called them several more times for weeks. They left a huge mess which included their personal trash, cigarettes, innumerable siding pieces and nails in our yard. Not to mention our porch furniture and more trash was left in our neighbors yard. Our flag was also taken down and not put back up and our shovel is missing. I'll update when the all the work is finished. Elijah has been great to work with. The new roof was very well installed and I am waiting on the siding and gutter guards (which can take a while for parts and such). The guys did a great job cleaning up, I was very impressed. During the install some fascia covering was damaged and I have been told they're going to make it right. I have great expectations they will. And I will update with the result.
Replacing our roof has been a wonderful, positive experience. The sales rep, Natosha, was very knowledgeable and eager to provide excellent customer service. We would recommend this Company to anyone. It's great to find a company who makes promises, stands behind them and delivers as promised. Our shingles were delivered and the very next morning the crew was here to apply the roof. Had a roof put on by Premier in September, they did an amazing job. Micah was exceptional to work with, he did all the leg work with filing the claim with my insurance company, and with making sure everything arrived on time. He also took incredible care of us with making sure I paid as little out of pocket as possible. I would highly recommend Micah and his team to anyone needing a roof, they will take care of you. On top of that, my new roof looks amazing and helps with curb appeal so much. Thank you guys!
